Excellent service from National Windscreens in Dorchester. Progress of my windscreen order always provided. Windscreen acquired quickly and then fitted within an hour. I went back to National Windscreens as I had been messed around by Autoglass for over 4 months!

Everything went smoothly dropped the car off and just over an hour late it was ready for collection, nearly two weeks later now though and there is a very annoying tapping like sound but other than that everything was spot on!

The team at Dorchester
The team at Dorchester, Dorset were great - really accommodating. They drove to where my car was waiting for its MOT and liaised with the garage owner to get the windscreen replaced prior to the MOT. Very happy with them.

Not the best
Not the best. I wouldn’t recommend them to tell the truth. Sorted problem in the end though. The young guy who dealt with me from start needs to learn better customer relations and improve quality of workmanship. Very poor!

Fixed my window which was great on our holiday and quick but then the bloke put a fault on my car put the window wiper on back wards as I had no tools I had to drive 35 mins up the road the the place where they was front had to sort it but he had no tools to take the fault off so currently I still have the fault on my car which I’m not happy about

National Windscreens did an absolutely brilliant repair in their Dorchester unit.
The complete windscreen was replaced and the electronics calibrated perfectly.
