Good communication although payment process seemed to be bordering on a scam so payment achieved by Bacs with no problems.
On the day of repair, technician kept me updated with his progress getting to my location. On arrival he was very courteous,professional and took great care ensuring the repair was completed quickly and effectively. Overall a very professional service with no issues.

They are helpful and freindly, there was an issue with model / spec of windscreen was different to what should have been fitted.
But it was rectified quickly and efficiently by team members involved

Outstanding Job completed on my Driveway.
My 14yr old 1-series BMW had a crack running the full width of the windscreen. The technician arrived at my house at 10am, I'd requested a morning appointment.
He proceeded to fully explain the process as well as taking before (& eventually, after) photographs. I only wish I'd got his name, he was friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, professional, a genuinely nice guy and completed an outstanding job in just over an hour.
I wouldn't hesitate to use National Windscreens again

Truly awful communication
Arrived for home repair Friday, but ordered wrong glass, stated unable to rearrange at any point following week, so I drove to them beginning of week instead (1 hour away). Ordered wrong glass again for Wednesday repair. No communication to confirm receipt of correct glass for Friday repair and national help line unable to clarify. Eventually received text confirming repair done in afternoon. Went to collect at 4.45 as google states Exeter branch open until 5pm. Last man there was just locking up and stated they closed at 4.30, then had to phone around colleagues to find keys/payment details. I understand getting the correct glass can be tricky, but truly truly awful communication.
