told us it would be just over an hour to replace our windscreen, but i couldn’t pick it up same day so they said they would keep it secure over night. picked up the next morning. quick and reliable

Overall very good service
Overall very good service. The only problem I encountered was when booking the car in online. However I described the damage and where it said good news your windscreen is repairable and it wasn’t. It then books you in for a repair when you need a replacement booking so I had to rebook which caused a delay in getting it replaced.

Apart from it being a 60 mile round…
Apart from it being a 60 mile round trip from home for us to get our windscreen replaced everything about our experience was good. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man and the job was completed well within the timeframe quoted to us. Ten days later we have no issues with the work at all.

I took my car to National Windscreens in Oswestry they were brilliant. …
I took my car to National Windscreens and the gentleman who l spoke with was very helpful and polite. I booked my car in for the following week they phoned me to let me know when to take it, on arrival l was met by the same gentleman and he was very professional. He said when the car was ready he would phone me which he did and on collection l checked and they had done a first class job. The staff and work was brilliant first class all round l would recommend the to anyone who needs a new Windscreens.
