Glynn was excellent . Explained everything clearly, made the course engaging, and ensured everyone understood the practical and theory. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. Highly recommend

The guy taking the course was informative and very knowledgeable and made the course fun and interactive and interesting wasn’t bored

Wrong kit delivered so we lost a day.

When we got the right plant it was faulty, several modes not functioning correctly which meant that instead of using it as a time saver it slowed everything down.

The company needs to pay attention to detail and maintenance and test the machinery before hiring it out.

Won’t risk using them again.

I want to say the trainer was extremely helpful
But I feel £410.00 for the corse was the worse experience from the below
Extreme weather 39dg told the corse would still go a head that shade drinks would be available
This did not happen only 1 extra person turned up to the course due to the heat
With a follow up email to say we care no it's a cash cow want your money and run so if you want to go the following will be needed

Drinks cold or the expensive drinks machine on site
unless you like site office tea and coffee which is a kettle milk and coffee nothing else
The van I was tested in had a faulty break light and engine management light on
This gose against their principles of faulty plant management

There are other companies out there which do IPAF and you get free drinks and food on site also there machines are in fully working order makes you laugh hire company that delivers lifters to site but can't fix there own training machines

Also my iPaf on the second day after passing still not updated!

And don't trust your satnav spent 30m to find the place best advice look up and hunt collection of lifters in the air

Jim the instructor was excellent. Even if you don’t feel the need for an IPAF qualification it’s a great course for awareness and control. Highly recommended.
