I work in. this company and I am feeling good

Very poor management.0 respect for employees.50 students will be happy with you,and 1 bad mood student will start to ask you nonsense questions and rate you low then you will be terminated.Usually I am stand by 10 hours per day and you will not earn more than 200 usd.Very low pay job in this inflation time where milk,bread,cooking oil become triple expensive.So to earn more than 200usd you should work 24 hours without sleeping.Admin staff there act big bosses and they treat you same like a prisoner.No matter how kind you are and how hard you working is not worth.Even you have 5 ratings with 5 stars there always will be some japanese man who will rate you low and will mess with ur rating.Even perfect song on youtube is with likes and dislikes.Admin staff looking only for bad reviews.For good reviews they never care.So many rules for 1 dollar lesson.No allowed to drink,not allowed to put ur arm on your head,not allowed to look at phone,not allowed for any noise in background.While students are allowed to drink,to talk,to shout,to cough with huge sound etc.Sometimes happen you are on stand by 3 hours and no lesson.Its like you are on the street begging for some coins.Problem here is because they hire everyone even small kids.Thats why there is no respect for good teachers.This job is only when you don't know how to find your job.In this time your salary should be minium of 700usd with all paid accommodation,food,bills,medical.Here you will get monthly 200usd and once you go in shop you will spend 50usd as a joke.So you work for nothing.No chance to save something.For person with big goals in life this is absolutely joke job.

I started an application but after waiting ages for the technology check but didn't manage to get to it I abandoned the idea I'll stick with my own students.

Now I keep getting emails trying to get me to continue the application process and do the same tech check I waited an hour for last time.

Please stop harassing me and leave me alone

Edit it's February 2023 and I still get weekly contact from them by email. Looking at other reviews I'm glad I didn't waste my time to become Their teacher

I don't think Native Camp is really the best place. I work with them for a month as an English tutor and raised $204 unfortunately, i was not paid. Since my account got terminated, i wrote them via mail they never bothered responding me. All my time and energy wasted for no compensation. I don't think it's a good recommendation for anyone wanting to teach English language online.
