I would not recommend NTP for practitioners. It takes ages for updates to be implemented, there are lots of restrictions on what you can do yourself, and lots of functionality was not enable from the start of my subscription.
The only calls that I've had through NTP are spam sales calls from companies trying to poach my business from NTP with statements like "we know practitioners don't have any success with NTP" or "we have lots of customers who have complained about NTP"
Having read lots of reviews before signing up I was assured that the platform had had significant update investment as well as the support team. My account manager (sales rep) doesn't reply to any emails, and it takes sometimes more than 7 days to get a response from the support team.
In addition I was told by the sales rep that post cooling off period cancellation would be 50% refund of remaining subscription term, which is contrary to the contract but recorded from our call and they're saying that there is nothing in the call where the rep has said anything about the refund (I listened to the call recording they sent me, and it's in there)
Not to mention that when I searched one of my key terms for my location NTP appeared half way down on the 3rd google page - so your money is better invested in expert SEO/Adverting folks to promote just your business.

Was directed to a wonderful therapist in my local area.

I had a back pain from neck to downward. It’s on trapezoid muscle. I went through some medication including Panadol, Ibrufen, pain killer and spray as well as Physiotherapy but nothing worked. Then I google for Sports massage and found Revive in Launceston. I was in touch with Dale Kapper and he just fixed my issue in 30 mins. Little painful when begins but its all paid off and now my right side is normal again.

Absolutely the WORST experience we ever experienced!

It was horrible. From beginning to the end.

The worst part was it was my partners birthday and they hurt her so much that she lost half a toe nail.

That place is not a Spa. That place is hell.

False advertising... showing pictures which are fake and the two girls who treated us a certainly not beauty therapist

And Alex was very very rude

So, any out there be aware... its not a Spa and everything is fake there.

We were both so cold during the treatment that we both ended up being sick with the flu.

The room we were treated was not bigger than a oversized toilet room

The whole room stank after Chinese Food

We have both sever skin outbreaks and infections from the Spa.

Absolutely worst birthday treatment.

We are both scarred for life.

We warned everyone who knew we have this Spa booked not to go there and spread the word that this place is disgusting
