Really Really good experience, Just what i needed to add to my business, as i'm in the tooth gem industry, i wanted to also offer a whitening service that was legal and i couldnt be any more happier with Naturawhite. Catherine helped me every step of the way and i cant wait to see results live in the studio! Thank you Naturawhite.

I had a very frustrating experience with this product and 'aftercare' (which was non existent).
I had an initial 1 hour treatment carried out by the owner of Clear Skin Bradford Aesthetics (Shameem Malik), after she had reassured me that this product actually worked and promising me 'amazing results'. The equipment itself looked cheap, unprofessional and flimsy...but I decided to give it the benefit of doubt. In retrospect, I wish I hadn't bothered. Not only was there absolutely no difference but Shameem initially tried to insist that there was a 'marked difference', before finally conceding that 'oh well it doesnt work on some people'! Shame she hadn't said that at the start. It makes you wonder what other nonsense she is selling in her clinic. Where greed seems to rule any moral obligation to the customer.
I then contacted 'Naturawhite' as it was their product she was peddling. Katherine (the distributor) was equally dismissive..despite me sending before and after photos. After the initial call she stopped all contact including responding to emails.
I read on their website she's been promoting this gimmick for over 20 years. Not a bad scam I guess, if you can get away with it. Appalling product and 'service'.
Guess that old adage applies 'If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'.
My advice: Save your pennies and time and don't bother with this.

Catherine is very dedicated to her role as training manager for NaturaWhite. She is is extremely personable and likeable, making our interactions pleasant and reassuring. There was an issue with low stock availability, she was proactive in responding to my follow-ups. She maintained regular contact with both the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure the situation was managed.
I greatly appreciated her efforts and would highly recommend her for the outstanding service and support she provides.

bought this and now the gdc are telling me natura whites whitening services is not approved by them and i cannot be using it other wise they will take me to court they will tell u it is but if you call gdc they will thell you different

I’ve got to say a huge thank you to Cat/Catherine, who I originally spoke to, for helping me take the step into making a great decision. From start to finish the support has been incredible. Everything was explained clearly, delivery was quick, and the quality truly speaks for itself.

I wanted to be absolutely sure my purchase was worth it and that the money was well spent, and I can confidently say the product does exactly what it says it does.

My partner attended a teeth whitening appointment on Saturday after paying £49.50 to Naturasmile and a further £49.50 to the practitioner.
On arrival, I was informed that the practitioner was not insured to carry out the treatment, so I was required to perform the entire whitening process myself. I was left unattended for most of the appointment and was not checked on at any point.
There was no proper wash or rinse facility available, and I was required to spit the solution into a bag, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable.
Despite claims of achieving “up to 16 shades whiter,” there was no visible change in the colour of my teeth following the treatment.
I paid for a professional service but did not receive one, and overall the experience did not reflect what was advertised.

A big shoutout to Katherine for making my new adventure possible! She's amazingly responsive, available around the clock, which gave me tons of confidence. The delivery exceeded expectations, arriving promptly, and the training was top-notch with everything clearly laid out, eliminating the need for hunting down additional tips.

I wanted to add teeth whitening as a service to my barber shop and naturawhite helped me bring this idea to life. My training manager Catherine was wonderful from the first conversation until now even after my training has completed. She’s been a massive help and i would definitely recommend this company.

Personally I wouldn't recommend. I my original delivery I was missing some items. The Customer service is not the best. I'd have to message several times for a response. In regards to the actual kit, I was sent out USA teeth whitening gels. I was told by the customer service team that the packaging is different and the gel inside is the same. This was not the case as when I compared both gels they looked different. Results vary between clients but overall the results are not the best and get no were near 16 shades whiter. Personally I would leave teeth whitening to the dentist. Or get the at home Whitening kits which pretty much do the same as this machine. Results do not last long for clients which then lead to negative reviews for my business.
