Navien UK Avis 

This is a great company, I phoned at 9.00 am and the engineer was here at 12.00 three hours later! Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. When things are going wrong his cheerful attitude was just what I needed. My boiler was fixed within the hour.

Great service and very efficient. The agents were very polite and my issue was dealt with the next day. Engineer was also great. Happy customer.

As my boiler was not fitted too well, I had to contact Navien on a couple of occasions. The service is always very efficient. The staff are polite and professional. I was passed to the engineer who took the details and within 1 day Navien called to let me know an engineer would be contacting me to fix the boiler. This was done 2 days later and Navien checked if I was happy which I thought amounted to excellent service! The boiler is now running perfectly.

Boiler broke down and I was left with no hot water. When I heard that Navien was sending out Andy Butcher to fix it I was delighted. this guy is amazing. Found the fault within minutes and had the boiler up and running properly again within half an hour. What he doesnt know about Navien boilers ain't worth knowing. If your boiler breaks down you won't do any better than requesting Andy Butcher. You won't be disappointed!

Had a minor problem with the fan ,within 2 days of reporting, a Navien engineer John Higham arrived and fitted a replacement part .Well done to freindly John and the Navien team for an excellent service.

Thank you John Higham for saving us!! Our boiler went down with no hot water or heating! He came out and sorted it was so friendly and sorted it out so fast! All I can say is he is a legend

Navien UK Boiler Engineer - Mathew Cundill came out today to check my boiler, which is only a couple of yrs old. Really professional polite man, really knew his job well and gave practical advice. Thank you Navien Company. would recommend this Engineer to others .

Was a good experience and took alot from the day i spent with the gas engineers from Navien. They explained very clearly in detail about their boilers, from all the components/ hydraulics to how they operate and all the special features they have that set them apart. Highly recommend their training and would go back in the future

A great experience this morning learning all about the Navien boiler range at South Lanarkshire College in East Kilbride. Chris was very informative and provided a great insight into the different products that Navien manufacturer, and all the other guys were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Being able to open up and work on the boilers that were installed in the training centre was also very interesting and a useful exercise.

After 7 months of problems with my navien boiler it was at last fixed by Sean Macdonald , excellent after sales service.

Boiler training today at the Navien training centre @ south Lanarkshire college East Kilbride. Was very informative learning about the Navien range from Chris and a special shout out to Sean who took the time to show us round the boilers insides and explain a load of the features that separate Navien from the rest !! Took the time with us although we are very early in our journey with the Caledonia training centre but I’m sure a lot more will resonate with us next time we are out on site with the Donnellys engineers. Again thanks for having us look forward to next visit !!

We were unfortunate to have our new Navien boiler break down just 6 weeks after it was installed. Although this was disappointing we cannot fault the after sales service we received from Navien. After reporting the problem to their service centre they got an engineer out to us in just 2 working days and he fixed the boiler; involving the replacement under warranty of a faulty gas valve. We consider this to be good service especially as the call out was to a somewhat out of the way location - in Abersoch (North Wales).
