Impressive service
To be honest: I hadn't planned on actually buying anything at Naylors' during my first ever visit to one of their outlets last Sunday. Arriving only at 3pm I also didn't expect friendly and engaged advisors, not only because of the time but also because one rarely comes across any of those. But I met Jo L and it was due to her calm, knowledgeable guidance that I found attire I could not leave the shop without and ended up spending just shy of £500. There was no pushing into buying things, just patient sizing and trying on of body protectors and boots, friendly chats and knowledgeable advice. I now have both items perfectly fitting to me and left the shop really impressed and in good spirits (well before 4pm, may I say)

Rug missing a leg strap, i was told I couldn’t return it to store.
The rug was missing a leg strap so I drove to the Nantwich store hoping to exchange it. Only to be told by staff they wouldn’t accept it. Even though I had all the packaging, paperwork and the box it came in.
I needed a rug that day so drove home to post it back to Naylors. I then went to Hope Valley and bought a replacement there. They were much more helpful. I won’t be buying from Naylors in future.

Excellent customer service from Joanna
Visited the store today with my sister and daughter. Joanna was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she offered lots of advice and guidance around the items were looking for. I have visited the store on numerous occasions and Joanna has shone out with her customer service. Going that extra mile to help us with our queries and purchases.

Helpful Staff make shopping a joy.
We went to the Naylors Nantwich store, Joanne went above & beyond to help my daughter (13yrs)with her riding hat fitting. She showed us a few hats, with patience & understanding. She even got her talking which my daughter struggles with when we are shopping. I bought lots because she was so helpful. She is a credit to the store.

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, they were knowledgeable and kind, my daughter loves this place and I would recommend, certainly be back. The stuff they have is very good quality and prices are good. Thanks Lucy for helping my daughter get fitted for her riding class, she is made up!

I just wanted to say how lovely Lucy and Jo were in your Nantwich store yesterday. Their knowledge, time, and patience were outstanding. They let my little boy take pictures, helped him set up the toys he was buying, and gave him such a wonderful experience.
