Naylors - Nantwich Avis 

Recently I took my granddaughter to get a body protector .
Joanna was extremely helpful in choosing the right type then she took time and patience to make sure it fit well .
Joanna also explained to Ava how everything worked also how to alter it etc .
As I hadn't a clue I found that I was completely happy with the personal , helpful kind lady .
I would recommend anyone to go for a fitting . Anne

We travel quite far to visit this store because the customer service is so good. My daughter loves riding but we really don’t know a lot about it. I trust Naylors as they are never pushy and will sell you what you need rather than the most expensive item! I’ve also ordered online and their customer service for online orders is just as good. They are very fairly priced as well. We were served by Lucy today, who I must say has the patience of a saint! She went above and beyond to find us the best body protector for our needs and budget and also a new riding hat. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She spent a lot of time explaining what to look out for with the fit as my daughter grows and also safety features. This is why I continue to return to the shop. You can’t get that level of service with an online store. Thank you very much and we will be definitely be back!

Great selection of equestrian gear and fantastic customer service, popped in for some riding socks and the car broke down! It was starting to snow and we were miles from home waiting for recovery - the girls noticed us and came out to offer hot drinks and use of the loo, they were so kind, friendly and thoughtful and checked we were all OK. They really went above and beyond :)

Very pleasant experience! Joanna was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she made sure our grandaugher’s hat fitted perfectly, she also steered us to the correct riding jodhpurs and tops! Both Joanna and Jayne helped to fit the correct riding boots!
All in all every staff member we spoke to was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this store!

Suggestions - a coffee shop or at least takeaway drinks machine would be great certainly make us all browse that bit longer.... Plus I believe there is a mechanical horse at other branches ? Would be amazing to have that here even if only on occasion...

Even though very busy I noticed Jo provided the same excellent customer service to everyone being measured and fitted with a riding hat.
I was also allowed to test the hat by leaving it on for 10 mins to ensure it was the correct one.
Jo picked out a great comfortable, lite and safe hat due to the fit on my head. Her expertise re fitting shone through. I had gone to look at a specific hat after reading a review however it wasn't right for me as Jo pointed out it didn't fit me correctly.
I bought a Charles Owen ll Pro in the end. It is so comfortable and lite to wear. The main thing is it fits me perfectly. I am very pleased with it. I was even more pleased how Jo looked after me selecting the best hat regarding fit.
Jo you were fantastic with me and all customers I saw you with whilst in the shop today. You were so busy yet it never showed everyone got the same time spent with them.
I will always come back to Naylors Nantwich as Jo is so knowledgeable and spends time with you to ensure you get the best fitting hat. Note the hat you like might actually not be the best fitting for you. Please take notice of Jo's advice. Thank you Jo your a star.

I came in to buy a riding hat in preparation for a riding holiday in Morocco not knowing what style etc I needed. Joanne was extremely helpful and patient, I tried on a good few and she made sure the hats fitted perfectly and I went away a very happy customer!

Thank goodness for people like Jo. She was brilliant on Saturday. Recommend to go to naylors nantwich 35 miles from home ( ok I suppose it’s an afternoon out I thought). But boy was I/we where impressed so many great things. I needed another helmet as I have a funny shaped head. But Jo was great she said no it’s not it’s just unique ( that made me feel good and not a freak). We tried 9 or 10 helmets and she didn’t stop till she was happy with the fit and them she made me wander round the shop till I was relaxed enough not to feel the helmet on. She was brilliant and all the staff where so friendly. A really pleasure to go and spend our money

I have never felt so insulted. Today during my visit to Naylors Nantwich a mature shop assistant passively accused me of theft. My two daughters were spending their pocket money ahead of PC camp and I was perusing for birthday presents. It would appear that if you pick something up and walk about for a while then change your mind and put it back it automatically makes you a thief.

Having been a loyal customer for many years (see my earlier Trust Pilot Review from 2021), today made me feel physically sick and so angry having being judged in this way.
