NBC Environment Avis 

This is the second time we have had to get help with rats, the guy that came today called James H was amazing. He found straight away where the devils were getting in. This gives me more comfort as we had not found it before so could not permanently get rid of them. So fingers crossed James has solved our problem.

I called ELC as I thought I had a rodent under my hut. I received a call from the lovely Louise Grant who attended. I have two gate's at the side of my house that are always locked and this is the entrance to my back Garden , Louise attended and was unable to get into my garden however she was more than happy to schedule in a date to re attend. I never met Louise however, by speaking to her on the phone she seemed very proactive with her job and has excellent customer care skills and I would highly recommend Louise Grant

had a problem with some mice in my attic and was at my wits end contacted NBC and they sent a lovely chap called Paul he was very professional and explained what he was going to do which i understood clearly i really couldn't fault him or the service they provided would definately call them out again if the mice return but so far all is good.

Had a Rat problem (the UB40 kind) and NBC sent out a great chap Called James Norwood who was knowledgeable and acted quickly. Our undesired guest is no more

Was told by peat controller if you can't get the rat, leave it in the walls, the smell will go in time... I'm now infested with flies. Unsafe for my wife and child and pets.

I said we could get the back off of the cupboards and have a look for it. "Nah, well, you can do that if you want"

my insurance company organised for this company to come out again, I was told between 8am and 5pm yesterday, so I worked from home when I should have been in the office.

At 15:40 I called customer service who assured me that I would def have someone round that day... Guess what... We're half way through the next day and I still have no idea when when someone will come.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this service

Great quality service, had Paul tuck well come out for a rodent problem, polite and very pleasent and dealt with the issues with great efficency, would recommend his services to any one who has pest control issues 100% quality service

We had rats in the loft Martin Catell gave a curttesy call the day before he came to make sure the time was convineant he as on time and sorted the problem out to our saisfaction Martin was very polite and proffesional I would certainly recomend him

I suspected there were rodents in my loft. NBC Environments sent out Paul Tuckwell today to investigate. From the moment he called me to confirm the visit to inspecting my home, he arrived at the time he said he would. Paul was outstanding.He did a thorough inspection of my property to check for openings.He then inspected the loft to determine what the visitors were.. I found Paul to be very professional but also friendly and approachable. A credit to your company. Many thanks

Louise has been so helpful but This company are a total shambles what pest control company don’t have crawling boards to go up and attic to find out what is going on .am sick off off them telling me they don’t and they can’t. First it started I was to go and buy bait myself and Fling at about my attic with peanut butter on it . I was told by the council they have to go up that’s there job ! 4 weeks on and still no further forward with them the bait has been getting eaten there having a great time up in my attic 🐁

Both Harvey and Paul were great, called first to let me know when they were going to arrive and were both very friendly and professional and put my mind at rest.

We had a terrible problem with nesting gulls year after year till we got in touch with nbc. They sent there top falconer paul tuckwell and ceasar the male Harris hawk within the first few weeks the number of gulls had decreased and by the end of the visit the gulls had disappeared silence at last and then paul would carry the perch to the park point and ceasar would come down to land 👌

Excellent company to work with. Since using this company we have not been attacked by any seagulls with the gull population greatly reduced. previous company used failed to reduce the number of gulls on site. Controlling the vermin on site
All the operatives who work on site has been excellent and in particular Paul Tuckwell our regular operative has been great. Team leader Harvey Pinnock has always been excellent in proving a great service too. Definitely would recommend them to anyone that's why we are using them again this year.

Really good service by Phil Holmes to a rat and mouse infestation problem in the house. Professional, reliably punctual, thoughtful, successful. All in all, a pleasure to deal with.

paul tuckwell comes to site with his birds, he is very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service by Harry Hughes, harry explained everything what was happening around our site and how many boxes he has put down, and were our main rodent activity is and what he is doing to combat this problem. Harry is very polite person, he is a credit to your company.

David Bush came over and gave us great advice about how to get rid of our problem And it worked. His ideas and knowledge helped us get rid of the problem and we are so happy.

Barretts had suffered from problematic gulls on our roof causing our cars to be made dirty all the time from their droppings. Phil came to visit our showroom at BMW Canterbury with heath the Hawk. He was a lovely and kind human being, with plenty of experience and the care he has for the environment is something to be recognised. He looked after Heath incredibly well. He has been to our showroom for a few weeks now and the problem seems to be subsiding. Thank you so much to Phil for everything.

Through my insurance company NBC sent Dave to investigate; a remarkable, professional, wonderful, super helpful young man.
He wmt through everything with me then took pictures all around the outside of the house to ascertain possible entry points for the horrid unwanted creatures.
Dave was fantastic, I am so grateful for his excellent service.

Excellent service provided by Patrick Adams for NBC. He attended my elderly mums home to lay bait for rodents and due to my mums memory was brilliant at liaising with me during and after both site visits. Clearly very knowledgeable and felt very trustworthy! Thank you so much! Great service!
