Very well informed all the time of how my order was progressing. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would to arrive in Jersey. The hot days we had when I ordered it have gone, thankfully nowhere near as hot as other parts of the world. But with hot flushes ongoing even at 82, I will always find a use for my neck fan. Going thru 2nd round of hot flashes. Cools me and my hair, which is short, right down. Plus I love the hum and vibration. I have dementia and this helps shut out the noise and large sound changes (such as commercials) which are very intrusive.

I like the fan, in that it circulates air, however, in direct, hot sunlight, it basically circulates warm air, not “cold” air as advertised!

These neck fans are incredibly awesome. They are light, so they don't contribute to the heat while sitting on your neck. The fans have a good flow, so they do cool. The reach of the flow is also pretty good.

I bought 2 Respiray neckfans, so I could be cooled for a long day, then I discovered 1 fan lasts more than 16hrs running, most of that time, on low speed. I like how the fans are so quiet that I can easily have conversations while the fans are running. I have been surprised at how comfortable the neckfan is to wear, even for a long time. This fan has been a lifesaver in this Texas heat! It’s starting to hit over 100 now and this is just the beginning of it! I thank goodness for my neckfan. Doing anything outside is so much more pleasant now and I don’t feel like I’m overheating after a few minutes. This is great for at home and for outside workers! Enjoy the 4th festivities with a little cool around your neck. I would think this would also be great if you work an outdoor job (farmer, construction, etc.) i would highly recommend!
