Everything was able to be done online, queries both in email and over phone were answered quickly. Application was drawn out a bit. Form did not allow for statements from two different banks.

Process so easy and fast
So easy to deal with and apply online. The people are so helpful throughout the process, the whole process was so quick and the payment put into the bank very fast . All done within 8hrs

I had a good first loan with this…
I had a good first loan with this company. Then they sent me an email that I was eligible for a top up. I did a pre-assessment they said I was eligible for a certain amount, so I applied for that. But, had to go through the whole loan process even though they already have the information. Once that was all done, I had a person that was handling my case that wanted information. I sent the information this guy wanted. But, he kept saying it wasn't good enough. I am like what, and I asked what he wanted. He told me, I sent screen shots of payments and even rung companies. Ask them, but this guy was like not good enough, I was like what do you want? So, I ended up going with another company and left this one. Good original, but second time very hard to get loan.

The application for loan was quick I…
The loan application process was quick and straightforward. I was able to receive a quote within just a few minutes of completing my application. The team was an absolute pleasure to deal with friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress free. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely rate it 10/10.
