Everything was able to be done online, queries both in email and over phone were answered quickly. Application was drawn out a bit. Form did not allow for statements from two different banks.

I had such a positive experience with Dale from Nectar Money. He was friendly, patient, helpful and persistent throughout the entire process, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of even when we encountered technical issues. He never gave up. His communication and support made the whole experience feel easy and completely stress-free. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and I genuinely appreciated the effort he put in to help me. I highly recommend Dale — exceptional service from start to finish!

This review is for customers service nelson and all the phillipino guys that work there , need ro learn customer service its like talking to someone half a sleep and just reads out automated scripted lines . No real life connection the ladies are fine . I even got hung up while my matter wasn't resolved.

I wanted to consolidate all my loans into one but the option came back as I could only apply for 5k loan I didn't realize this was going to IRD as I already have a repayment plan for this at 15 dollars a week
