Booked a cruise earlier this month through Need That Cruise. Darren Oomen was extremely helpful and talked me through everything including the invoice. If I have any problems I know he will Do his best to help me. Going In September and looking forward to it.

Well what can I say that hasn’t already been said. Matt, as usual, gave me an exceptional price for our cruise and I’m sure can’t be beaten. Always there to answer all my questions and believe me I had a lot. So now with several cruises booked, a note to myself to stop looking at NTC postings because their prices are irresistible! 🤣🤣

Was recommended this company as haven't been on a cruise before and was finding it all very confusing! Contacted them last weekend (bank.holiday) so wasn't expecting acl response but Carla was straight on it for us and now we are all booked on a 7 day cruise along the rhine next April for much less than I thought it was going to cost us. Carla has been super efficient and looked after us so well, mum has a wheelchair so had lots of additional questions ....can't recommend this company enough!

Been following Need That Cruise for a while on Facebook and seen how quickly they respond to customers and more importantly their issues. Based on this I contacted them to book a cruise. Darren quickly responded, the price was cheaper than others online, the service was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We’ve booked our cruise with Leanne and Darren, and they’ve truly gone above and beyond for us! They even managed to score us a free upgrade to a balcony room. As first-time cruisers, we’ve probably been a bit of a handful, but nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. We honestly can’t thank them enough!
