Had a fabulous time in Seattle for 3 nights, and 7 nights on MSC POESIA recently to Alaska, all put together by Jack at NTC, with all our queries and requests sorted very quickly. A bit of a grumble about the MSC airport transfer home, was sorted in a very timely, and satisfactory manner by the admin time. Goes to prove its not always about the price that determines a great holiday. Customer service is always high on our priorities, and NTC always deliver for us.

Need that Cruise - our go to TA for cruise bookings as they are very keen on the cost effectiveness of cruises even when we book 6 star cruises, e.g. Explora and Silversea. Now with added value with their land based and cruise packages which are of a very high standard. Loving the offering and Leann is a gem - she made all arrangements for us whilst on holiday herself in Alaska! Now that is a dedicated agent.

Fast quick and easy process. Lee was fabulous and checked a cabin number for me at front of ship as requested. Highly recommend NTC to everyone. Got several cruises booled with them and no issues.

Fantastic service thanks to Lee. World Asia cruise booked very easily. Fast response, helped search out what I was looking for and then on hand so we got 2 cabins together close by. Smooth easy and would recommend Need That Cruise and the team to anyone.
