Personal touch
I had lost my previous dog earlier in the year & they had sent flowers when they found out he had passed. When I put in a new order, I lleft a note that it was for my new pup. They immediately messaged me to say how excited they were for me. Then again when delivered to my door, we had a little chat about it too. They’re a lovely company to deal with and their products are top quality and value.

Top treats & service…
As I live locally my order was hand delivered within 24 hours of ordering so can’t fault that service. The dog treats are top quality, reasonably priced and the most important part, my dog loves them.

Natural raw dog chews
I've been looking for a business that sells natural dog chews without raw hide. I've only had one order from Lola&Nell. The products are good quality but as with lots of natural dog chews, it is expensive. I would however offer again.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, it’s lead to some changes here at nell+lola.
We appreciate that natural dog treats can be expensive that’s why we haven’t raised a single price since starting out despite the increase in the cost of living… we don’t think should our dogs suffer too!
Here are the changes we’ve made…
We offer 15% off for all new customer orders but this is sometimes missed or not applied via the discount code because Apple and Google Pay don’t allow it. We’ve added a new option that allows this to apply (by clicking a link in the header) no matter how you pay which should now be more visible.
Free delivery is available over a certain order value, your order sadly missed out by a few pence. We’ve now added a notice in the cart to display how close to free delivery you are. We also offer a lower cost for small orders too.
It’s great to read that you’d try us again. Before your next order please get in touch with us as we have a good discount code waiting for you.
