Fabulous personalised birthday cake as always ! The attention to detail is just beautiful, too good for my dog to even eat ! But he very much enjoyed his cake, and it lasts a long time too so it doesn’t all have to be eaten at once. Highly recommend !

Been using Nelsons for seasonal treats over the past 3-4 years. Tom delivers beautifully decorated treats that my dog absolutely devours. The Grinchy box is on our must have Christmas list. Come well packaged & estimated timelines are always stated on their socials.

Great service when it came to making and delivery the cake so that it arrived with plenty of shelf life. Very much appreciated!
However this arrived with a spelling mistake which i understand is accidental but after pointing it out to business owner, I’m a bit disheartened to not only have our message read instantly with no reply for several hours but to not receive a sorry from them.
Customer service is a big part of ordering from a small business and unfortunately this has put me off ordering again in the future.
