Just what I needed. Great quality without compromising on style. Delivery was quick, a very smooth process overall.

Bought the 3-in-1 Wireless Charger. It arrived in 5 business days and feels high quality. Only thing I personally dislike is that the design could be more uniform. Despite this, it performs well and is worth the purchase.

These guys are awesome. Unbelievable customer service, which is rare for a tech company. I will never buy another wireless charger from anyone else.

In my opinion, this is one of the best 3-in-1 Wireless Chargers available! I have been a customer since the first version came out and have bought them ever since. The charger performs exceptionally well, keeping my devices charged without any issues. On the rare occasion I've had to contact customer service, the response has always been quick and friendly, and the issue was promptly resolved. Few companies stand by their warranty like this one does. Long may it continue.

Purchased several NeoDesk 3-in-1 Wireless Chargers for their convenience and quality. Over the years, three different chargers were used with multiple devices. While the charging functionality is excellent, the surface of the chargers can scratch easily, making them look worn out quickly. When NeoDesk was contacted, their response was not very helpful, suggesting to handle it myself. For a company that uses biodegradable packaging to help the environment, they could at least provide replacement parts or solutions for this issue. Won’t be paying top dollar for a charger from this company again, especially when a simple fix seems too hard for them to manage. However, the chargers do offer reliable performance and great convenience.

The customer service is excellent. It matters a lot, especially when getting a $70 wireless charger.

Although the 3-in-1 Wireless Charger is a 5-star product, the service this time was disappointing. I paid for next day delivery, but it took an additional two days for my order to arrive. It would have been better to choose the basic postage option.

Really pleasant customer support contacted me about an out-of-stock product. They took the time to offer me a few new options. I appreciate the information and their effort. Really nice and helpful support.

However, if you're looking for a charger that perfectly aligns with all devices, you might encounter some issues with the AirPods section, as it sometimes doesn't align perfectly with the case. NeoDesk products are great though, and I've purchased a few and will do so again. Hence, only dropping one star for the alignment issue.
