What a fantastic company. Vinnie was absolutely fantastic at creating my boyfriend’s work logo, we are blown away by how great it looks. Not only was the customer service outstanding, we had fast delivery and payment was so easy. The quality of the sign is amazing.

The product came in damaged. I sent a picture over the showed the neon on cracked UV print. It has lead to needing a picture of the whole sign.

We are a sign shop located in Texas and a client requested a custom neon sign. We do not make them in house unfortunately, so I went online and found NeononDemand. Vinnie was so helpful and always replied back to our emails with all questions answered! We needed this sign asap and he absolutely delivered! The quality of the sign is amazing, and the quick turnaround was as well! We will absolutely be back for any and all our neon signage needs from now on!

I had the most frustrating experience with this company. I made payment and finalised my design for my signage on the 11th of July 2024, with the owner of the business Vinnie promising that it will be ready and delivered within 7-9 days. This did not happen, it took 11 days for the order to be sent out for delivery and it was being sent from CHINA to the UK! This was a birthday gift so the delivery timeline was very important to me. I constantly had to chase Vinnie for updates with regards to my package when his failed to deliver within the timeline he gave. He was in no way apologetic and even lied that the package had been sent when it infact had not been sent (when I tracked the package I found this out). I found out the package was being sent and made in China. The delivery was also a mess because for reasons unknown to me DHL would not deliver. What made this worse was that Vinnie used his number instead of mine for the deliver even after I requested for my number to be used so I could easily track, amend the delivery and get text updates. After paying a cost that covered delivery, I had to travel for over two hours to get my parcel yesterday. Through all of this, not once did Vinnie the business owner express empathy or apologise. This entire ordeal was absolute pain.

The product was absolutely perfect and the service was truly amazing. Vinnie was extremely responsive; so helpful from the very beginning when I needed a quick quote and mockup, up until long after delivery when I was asking for even more.

Based on how long I took to confirm details, I fear I was a frustrating client. But, despite my end being so slow, Vinnie's response time remained SO fast.
