Excellent experience from start to finish, custom made and adjusted and changed what we wanted and got exactly what I required out the end! Great comms, Great quality and good company to deal with :)

It takes a little while ( 2 weeks ) as it’s made to order, but it’s so worth the wait!
It’s well made, easy to install & comes with fixing stickers.
It’s so lightweight & totally transforms my room 👌🤩

Neon Vibes is as good as you can get! It is cost effective and very good quality. It is the same as what you would expect from a sign maker that you would pay almost triple the price for. Neon Vibes were very on point from order confirmation right up unto delivery, offering relevant updates along the way. They are very helpful and easy to work with - would 200% recommend.

Absolutely no issues with the company and my neon light is amazing. The dimmer makes it perfect and it seems really good quality. My only issue was with the choice of couriers, for something so expensive to recieve no tracking on the day was a bit off. Especially as it was delivered fairly late in the day and i was starting to wonder if it would arrive or not.

I ordered a custom neon for my son’s bedroom. He was quite specific about what he wanted (teenager!) Neon Vibes were really amazing sending me a couple of mock-ups as per my request. They were brilliantly helpful and great communication throughout the whole process! He absolutely loves it and it finishes off his new bedroom perfectly

Great communication . Fast delivery once product was made. LOVE the finished product and the cute little touch of adding jelly beans to the delivery box went down well…thank you! Easy to follow hanging instructions and all fixtures included. Will definitely use them again and 100% recommend.

Neon Vibes came to the rescue when I'd been let down by another supplier and I needed a bespoke item for an event the following week. Mick was completely unfazed by this last minute request and assured me they'd make it in time. They did and I couldn't have been happier with the finished product. It was a masterpiece! I hope to shop with Neon Vibes again in the near future and can't recommend them highly enough.

I love my neon! I had a huge custom sign made - the process was so easy; the team were incredibly helpful; and it was very cost-effective. The item itself is brilliant quality and looks fantastic. If you want neons, no need to go anywhere else.
