Preise waren inordnung und man hat guten Support bekommen (2024), mittlerweile absolute abzocke
und für kleinere Server komplett unattraktiv. damals hatte ich mit meinem 5€ Plan einen Voicechat für 10€ einmalige gebühr erhalten jetzt muss ich auf den Neo Plan upgraden für 30€ im monat + 15€ einmalige gebühr für die Voicechat einrichtung. Also mehr abzocke geht ja nicht war ja klar das sie erstmal kunden binden wollten und bei mehr reichweite die preise hochsetzen sehr schade da bin ich aber raus wo soll das noch hinführen wenn man sowas unterstützt? da wechsel ich lieber zu tcpshield die haben auch weniger technische probleme und mittlerweile die selben preise

el servicio lleva caido más de 24 horas, nadie contesta, hablo al soporte y me dicen que como no soy cliente de manera directa no me van a contestra y que lo mire en su status, la empresa donde tenia host dependia al 100% de neoprotect

Not trustworthy site I sing up config every and nothing works nothing but error message pop up say failed setup I have try contact them by email email dose not exist I try there discord channel link nope dose not exist I consider this site is a publishing scam to reel user in to have there account compromised by ddos attacks.
Great Product and Support
Our experience with NeoProtect lasted 2 years and has been consistently exceptional. We had some minor issues at setup, but their team has been more than accommodating to our needs. The service itself has maintained uptime consistent with our service agreement, above 99.9%, and has blocked all attacks facing our network without fail.

Ich habe ende Februar NeoProtect getestet, bzw einen Plan gekauft. Erstmals hatte ich auch da schon Probleme. Nun habe ich nach 5 Monaten einen neuen Plan gekauft da ich mir dachte das nun alle technischen Probleme behoben sind. Dies war leider nicht der fall. Zwar hatte ich bereits ein Ticket geöffnet, auch bekam ich eine Antwort und dort hieß es die Technik schaut sich den Fehler an am Wochenende. Nach 7 Tagen ist der Fehler immernoch vorhanden und auch am Wochenende wo sich die Technick das anschauen wollte kam keine Antwort. Bzw auch keine Information ob was gemacht wird. Das war das letzte mal das ich bei neoprotect war

Tuve varios problemas con Neoprotect. Las recargas no suman el saldo correcto, lo que obliga a recargar más de lo esperado. No está claro qué venden ni para qué sirve. El soporte tarda semanas en realizar gestiones. Tras mucho insistir, permitieron túneles GRE, pero luego limitan las conexiones TCP, haciendo imposible usar aplicaciones o juegos que funcionen bien. Además, su red en España bloquea intermitentemente muchísimos proveedores de otros países, lo que nos hizo perder decenas de usuarios. Necesitan mejorar transparencia, soporte y estabilidad de red en España. Esta empresa es peor que Path, no recomiendo reemplazar Path por Neoprotect bajo ningún concepto.

It works poorly, and the support is nonexistent because they ignore all the tickets and never solve anything, despite paying €75 just for something they call “Protection development and support.” We have opened more than 12 tickets, and none have been resolved some have even been ignored for over a month.

Filters work quite good, but support not really

We have quite good experience with their filters, they can protect againts many DDoS attacks (there are still some that go trough), but in the end when we ask something from their support, the support takes a lot of time to respond and they are not helpful at all. You can not expect any custom edits solution if you are not willing to pay a lot.
So summary, protection filters can protect againts some DDoS atatcks, but support does not help a lot.

Support team helped me a lot
I had an issue with Bedrock connections. Though, the support team (Florian specifically) took care of the issue in a couple of days. Spent a lot of time with me and even joined my own server trying to find the problem. He edited my NeoProtect settings for me also, when I was confused. The service seems to be working well for me so far. I would choose NeoProtect over TCPShield. The reason I bought it is so that my personal IP won't be exposed, and my home internet is protected from DDOS attacks.

Support is terrible as everyone has said, sadly i got referred to this business by someone and neoprotect is just terrible, there support responds then if you respond within like 10 seconds they take around 2 - 3 hrs just to send 1 more message and then another 2 -3 hrs to receive another message. Absolutely stupid i have no clue how they are still even up.

Good service but "meh" support
I agree with the comments about support.
The protection itself seems good (no attacks so far, so hard to say lol), but the support is, sorry to say, disastrous, or should I say “absent”?
It's quite simple, if things don't work right from the start, you're on your own. I ordered a RemoteShield for almost 100 euros a month, and at that price I'd expect a minimum of responsiveness. They made the tunnel, but it turns out that I've changed my server IP in the meantime. So I asked them to update the tunnel on the new IP: no response, no action. They all seem completely overwhelmed, either that or they're not looking at the tickets... In the end, I had to make the change myself, without the help of support, which took me... five minutes, watch in hand...
When the tunnel was created, I just received a two-line message: “The tunnel is created, here is the IP”.
That's all well and good, but how do you set it up? I asked them, and they sent me a script for installation, something they should have done from the start... Not very professional.
Sometimes I get the impression that the support takes me for an omniscient God or the creator of Linux.
BTW : VAT increase from January 2025
In short: it works, but if you have any problems, don't expect much from support. You're on your own.
SCAM BUSINESS – Stay Away!
I requested a custom solution, and they charged me ~270 EUR, asking me to send the payment as "Friends & Family" on PayPal. The project was delayed, and when it was finally completed, it did not meet expectations.
When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming the custom work was billed at $50/hour, charging me $200 for development and an additional $70 for a "premium support fee."
The product is okay
The product is okay, but the support is really awful. You must have no problems with your service otherwise good luck getting support.
Very unfortunate for a project with a nice opotunity.
Support sucks
It works fine, but the support line sucks. They answer you the first day, but if the first day wasn’t enough to fix your problem, they won’t respond until they feel like it.
