It works fine, but the support line sucks. They answer you the first day, but if the first day wasn’t enough to fix your problem, they won’t respond until they feel like it.

I bought their remote shield solution a while ago and had no issues at all after the setup. It worked flawlessly and the panel is just what I need. It blocked DDoS attacks on my FiveM and Minecraft Server. And it's in my opinion really worth the price, compared to e. g. path.

Just reading the reviews here, you can see that they are written by children.. The protection is so good for attacks from Japan or China, or primarily Asia. The entire network is under one big shaper, the real mitigation is on the data packet side, which as everyone knows is not worth much. Set up a couple of VPS and take it down like nothing.

When I first bought the service, I encountered some issues. However, after joining their Discord and asking questions, the support team has been incredibly helpful, diligently assisting me in solving every problem that arose. Whenever there was an issue, they promptly investigated why it occurred and worked swiftly to resolve it. In comparison to other DDoS providers, which tend to be expensive and less effective, I have not encountered a single problem with this service. It's the ideal solution for every Minecraft server.

This is one of the best if not THE best protection provider i have ever seen.
Not only does it have a lot more features then other providers, no, the support is way better as well. They responded seconds after i opened a ticket.

The staff is always helpful whenever you have a question or report an issue. They really strive to improve in everything. Their communication is of high quality and the response times are usually very low.

Pure scam. They offer protection, you pay them, but you don't receive anything, you get insulted, you lose money. Such people should not have possibility to offer any services. The case was reported to the bank and to the police department, I didn't expect such scam from german guys, but you should be aware at all times.
