Reasonable price and nice quality…
Very reasonable pricing and nice quality. Not installed yet but looks good. They didn’t have the initial colour I wanted in stock, so I compromised. No initial updates on delivery but once I got in contact, Jake was all over it with updating me.

Second time lucky!
After having been let down several times by another online seller I decided to give Neowall a try, helped along by their Black Friday sale.
I ordered enough product to clad the front of our new garden room.
I was very impressed with Jake who called with a query on my order and made sure I received the correct corner trims, and my order was delivered the next day after a call from the driver to tell me he would be along in about an hour.
Very impressed with the product, so placed a second order to finish my project, ordered on a Sunday evening and goods delivered on Tuesday, same driver and a phone call before delivery again.
Good, old fashioned customer service, can't beat it!

Easy process but unexpectedly long
I found the ordering process very easy and user-friendly however I was only ordering a sample box which took over three weeks to arrive, during which I received no updates etc. my project has been delayed (for other reasons) but the experience has left me concerned about the lead time if I submit the order full order through NEOWALL.

Hi Greg,
Thank you for your honest feedback and for highlighting the ease of our ordering process — we’re glad to hear that part went smoothly.
We’re really sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your sample box and the lack of updates. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your concerns about lead times for future orders.
Please rest assured that full orders are dispatched through a separate and much faster process, with clear communication and tracking provided throughout. Sample deliveries are typically quicker as well, so we’re looking into what caused the delay in your case.
We genuinely value your interest in Neowall and would love the opportunity to support your project when you’re ready to move forward. If you have any questions or would like to speak with our team directly about lead times or next steps, we're always here to help.
Best regards,

Miss leading title for products been sold
I ordered Sample boxes thinking I would get different colours in each to allow me to make an informed decision however I was given 1 colour of decking board and 1 acoustic wall panel of colours I would never personally use and was charged £3.99 for the privilege
your response on here just shows the type of reply I’d have expected from your customer service team. Before submitting my review, I made sure to double-check that it wasn’t an error on my part—I looked for an option to select a colour, but none was available. That’s why I assumed I’d be sent a selection of colours to choose from.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to respond and clarify your experience. We’re sorry to hear the sample box didn’t meet your expectations — we understand how important it is to see a range of colours when making a decision.
While our website currently requires customers to select individual sample colours at checkout, we appreciate your feedback and can see how this may have been unclear.
To make this right, we’d be happy to send you a new sample box with a wider variety of colours so you can make a more informed choice.
We genuinely value our customers and their reviews, even when they highlight areas we can improve. Your input helps us continue to enhance our service.

Samples. Arrived in a good time. Look like a good quality product. Pictures on the internet doesn’t do the product justice. The effect on the cladding looks really good. Will be ordering in the next few weeks.

6 x 4.5m composite deck with double border.
After much searching, reading reviews and ordering samples I went with Neowall. The main reason being that they did 5m lengths and were reasonably priced. I looked at Trex and a few others and I couldn’t really find a significant difference only in the price… I found Neo wall to be modestly priced in comparison and I am very happy with the look and the finish. Once clipped down the boards are sturdy but as a point of note they need to be supported 350mm for the best result. I did snap a couple when I was cutting out for my recessed drain cover, so as a piece of advice if you are scribing one thin make sure it’s got plenty of extra support underneath and completely flat. Another note would be that it was a blisteringly hot day when it was delivered and I missed taking in a pack… this was as much my fault as the delivery chaps but on reflection I should have taken more time ensuring my delivery was complete… that aside, the delivery chap was very helpful and when I queried the missing pack the chap in the office sorted this for me quickly and was very accommodating. I’ve already got got the deck dirty and a quick woosh down with the jet wash and it’s good as new. I hope it’s durable… I see no reason why it wouldn’t be but having only been laid a couple of weeks it’s a bit early to say. So to give a recommendation I very happy with the cost, especially in comparison to other companies, it was helpful that they do 5 meter lengths, the decking looks great and I feel the company made a good effort to see my project to completion. Both delivery chap and the chap I ordered from were helpful so it’s top marks from me and I would happily recommend them to anyone getting a composite deck.

Good service
I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The price of the decking is reasonable compared with others I have enquired with and it is helpful having the 5 metre sizes. Can’t yet comment on the durability of the decking but I think it looks attractive. My first experience of using composite decking which I have experienced is more brittle than wood.
