Jennifer did an wonderful job helping us navigate a problem with out HP printer. She was patient and helpful and taught us something we did not know! Our printed scans, too! I highly recommend her!

My experience has been nothing short of…

My experience has been nothing short of being great the techs that I have talked with have helped me with my issue and have corrected my problems.
They have been understanding with my issue of being hard to hear and have been very patient with me.

Skilled Expertise

Techs Adam and Alex are excellent representatives for your ompany. They were very patient with a senior citizen. They resolved a 3 month dilemma with me trying to get my printer to work, They provided experte assistance and I would rate them as a 10 rather than 5 stars!

ALMOST SCAMMED>>>NOT HAPPY

I was not allowed to do this review myself the Tech had me on "screen sharing" and gave his self 5 stars...I asked him if I could do the review on my own and he said no...I was a little freaked out as the first Tech told me my Chromebook was infected hence I could not access my printer...he tried to charge me $149.00 to clear my Chromebook so I could have access to my printer and I refused....I don't have money like that...then he brought the price down to $99.00 again I refused. He was already generating an invoice... the whole situation felt very off and I was very uncomfortable...Afer refusing again that I would not pay "Kevin" transferred me to a "Mike" who took over and in 10 minutes had my printer up and running .....I seriously am disturbed by this whole encounter....I absolutely feel as though he was trying to scam me.....The only way that I typed this review is because he left my Google screen sharing open and there sat the pull down screen for the reviews...so I opened it and clicked on Edit....... An Investigation needs to go on regarding this situation........I really would not recommend them to anyone because I almost got "took" but I felt it in my bones that it was wrong!
