i needed help with getting my printer to connect to my computer and it took a while to get it done but with the fantastic help of Jennifer Brown who got it to work she's an amazing lady n very knowledgeable about her work. I had no idea what was wrong with the…
I had no idea what was wrong with the printer. It turns out it was a huge problem with viruses and they cleaned up the computer and helped me install the printer on my phone and computer. I'm so grateful. I was close to returning my printer to Amazon! They really knew what they are doing. One satisfied customer!! thanks!

2 different techs gave great service with good information about the problem and what they would do to fix the problem. Problem was fixed. Printer and scanner working great.
