Perfecte pizzaoven
De eerste keer dat we de oven gebruikte, namen we niet de tijd dat de pizzasteen op temperatuur kon komen. De tweede keer namen we wel de tijd en de pizza’s waren perfect. Blijf bij de oven en draai de pizzas elke 20 tot 30 seconden want het gaat super snel. De pizza’s zijn van een echte pizzeria kwaliteit. Het is een genot om de kaas te zien bubbelen op de pizza.
Het is altijd spannend om via internet zo veel geld uit te geven, maar wij zijn heel gelukkig met deze aankoop en raden iedereen deze pizzaoven aan.

Geweldig!
Na 4 weken in bezit te zijn van de Nero, zijn wij echt super enthousiast! We raden de Nero iedereen aan, je hebt het zo onder de knie en het is gezellig om te doen met visite.

Very good / you need the pizzadraaier

The oven works well, easy to set up, the 14” size is much better than a 12”, you got extra room. I could only reach 420*C on the thermometer included on the oven (couldn’t check the stone temperature), It didn’t seem to impact the cooking time since the cooking was happening faster than I could turn the pizza. You MUST turn the pizza rather quickly to avoid burning, I need to get use to it …and btw, buy the tool immediately (there’s not much room between the pizza, the back part of the oven and the roof of the oven, so the pizza is rather close to the heat and can burn a bit. Decrease burners and turn it quickly). You need to decrease fire before putting the pizza, and increase it when removing it, otherwise the temperature drops rather fast.
I got a couple of burned sides the time to get my pace right, but all in all a very good experience. I could cook 8 pizzas in no time, so perfect for larger groups. It takes some preparation and a good logistic during the making. Very good product sharply priced when compared to Ooni. Good job guys.

De oven voldoet prima aan de verwachtingen. Aankoop proces en levering prima. Het gebruik van de oven is erg simpel en werkt fantastisch. Alleen was mij bij de online aankoop niet duidelijk of er wel of niet een slang met aansluiting voor de gasfles in de levering bij zou zitten. Die had ik uit voorzorg dus al in huis gehaald evenwel bleek niet nodig. Dat zou ik op de site nog even extra vermelden.

Voor wat betreft de gas aansluiting: jammer om te horen dat dit niet duidelijk genoeg vermeld was. Wij hebben onder het kopje 'veelgestelde vragen' aangegeven dat deze meegeleverd wordt, maar ik kan me goed voorstellen dat je hier overheen hebt gelezen. Wij zullen je advies opvolgen en de informatie op de productiepagina nog duidelijker proberen te maken!
