0 stars if I could. The Oil Free Acne Wash obliterated my face. I used it one time before bed, and woke up with what felt like a severe sunburn. My face was BRIGHT red all over with a rash all over my neck. The next day, I woke up with the same redness/burning, but this time with swollen eyes and face. The following two days consisted of tiny bumps all over, peeling, more redness. EMBARRASSING! I’m now on day 4 and my skin is peeling like a snake, and still red.

The ONLY thing I found that soothes it was an oatmeal mask followed by a bit of coconut oil on the driest parts of my face.

I should have read the reviews first. I’m just glad I didn’t have a major event to go to or anything because you can’t even put makeup on your face. It’s so bad. DO NOT BUY!!! Don’t know why it’s even allowed on shelves. ATROCIOUS.

I used Neutrogena after my friend recommends it to me. The good thing is Neutrogena products suits my skin and easy to find at the store and the price affordable too. It has been two years now I'm using products from Neutrogena.

Doesn't clog your pores. Great hydration and my foundation goes on v smooth afterwards. The only downside is the excessive packaging. Right now they use non-recyclable acrylic, so all of these jars are just going to the landfill.

Been using it for a week and it burned my skin and the lines are worse than when I started with the rapid wrinkle repair. My face actually hurts to touch. Wish I had of kept my receipt because I definitely would ask for my money back. Horrible product!!

Neutrogena makeup remover tissue is getting so expensive. I cannot believe prices went up so much so quick Used to be $4 something now it's almost $9 with tex. Also facial cleanser is $10 for small bottle Are you kidding me? I bet I look for some other company products to use. this is getting way too much!

They sent me someone else's order. The info on the receipt is not a word close to mine. I contacted them, showing full empathy for how busy they must be during the year, and attached my order details and the wrong receipt.

Guess what they did?
They first compared my order with the receipt and claimed that they only owe me one cream.
Well...they automatically substitute my 16 oz shampoo with two 8 oz ones in that order. Whatever. Did not complain.

Then after another day, they sent me another email saying they canceled my order of the cream they owed. They said they believed I didn't receive my order because they're running of products.

I wrote back and they stated that the deal only lasts when offers are valid. Yeah, I got it but I ordered it BEFORE their product runs out. This chaos all happened because they sent me the wrong order.

I had purchased on neutrogena web site it said payment could not be processed but they charged my credit card. Its already more than one month waiting a refund they even not replying any mail. I am soo upset. How can they keep the money that they didn't even give a product.

Excellent products perfect for an older skin type

I used there neutrogena spot proofing smoothing scrub on Thursday evening and my face felt great but when I woke up in the morning my face was swollen, dry and enflamed.
It is now Sunday and my face has got progressively worse and more enflamed and sore and my skin is now peeling.
I followed the instructions of the product which also states that it is for sensitive skin (I have never been told I have sensitive skin before) but this product is horrendous !!! Do not use

I’ve been using neutrogena in the past and this product especially for months my skin burnt with the product and I may require ER treatment.

The last two months I have bought two of the mineral sheers powder foundation , They did not come with a sponge I was just glad I held onto one in case that happen again can y’all fix this please

i love the smell of this neutrogena cream you feel clean and healthy after using.

I often buy Neutrogena hand cream concentrated with a dark blue top. It is very helpful especially for a dry skin. Only small amount of cream is enough. So, it can be used for a long period of time.

I am really not happy that Johnson & Johnson does not value my custom, I will not be purchasing products in the future as I feel very devalued and I will be making sure friends and colleagues are aware of my feelings and experience, encouraging them not to buy Neutragena products.

I am quite frankly disgusted that being on a low income and purchasing the Visibly Clear light therapy mask to help my daughters severe acne as a long term investment for her. To only find out the item has been withdrawn when trying to purchase a new activator. If i had known the item had been withdrawn I would have returned the item to get the £60 compensation, before March 2020. However I was only aware of this when purchasing a new activator.

I get just under £12 compensation this leaves me very dissatisfied. A voucher of only £2.00 is rather an insult.

Other people who were made aware of the recall received the compensation due to returning the item still with uses on, before the expiry date, I only found out about the recall when I tried purchasing a new activator due to it running. If I had contacted the company a month earlier whilst I was trying to find a replacement I would have got the compensation of £60.

I picked the pink grapefruit refreshing face scrub, first time I’ve ever used it. Unfortunately I had it on for less than 10seconds and it burnt my face, made me swollen, red and burning hot. I would recommend to try this product on an area first before you use on your face.

Over the past few weeks I have being using neutrogena cracked heel Foot cream, it is excellent . My heels have gone from sore ,dry and cracked to smooth and soft. This is a wonderful product. And because I am allergic to many things ,I am always careful about what I use but this product was prefect for me.

Your sunblock has been great to me this past few years, this makes my skin lot younger and protected from harsh uv rays that cause sun damaged thats why my skin is damaged free. It also not just protect my skin but also moisturized it ilove it my holy grail!

I recently received neutrogena make up remover towelettes. They are amazing. I keep them in my purse because if you are out doing stuff and your make up runs, you can use one of the wipes and no one will ever know. They work amazingly.
