The team at Newbury Self Storage were so helpful and informative to every question I asked from showing us around what is a great facility to payment & cost to actually moving in.
We have used our unit on so many occasions we’ve surprised ourselves and as a small business now see it as a vital part of our company, we should have done this sooner.

Secure & easy storage with amazing staff
I've been using Newbury Self Store for years now - they're such a helpful, efficient and welcoming bunch. A friendly family business with everything you need for storage in a clean and secure environment which is all easy to use. The staff go the extra mile to help out and the price is great for everything you get! It's also very easy to get to in Newbury. I can't really fault it and I'll be staying for as long as I need storage.

Great facilities and staff
Great facilities and staff! Really nice change to have storage facilities with friendly and helpful staff available, and the lockers are well maintained and monitored so your stuff feels really safe and secure. All the staff have been really helpful start to finish, from needing storage at short notice, to closing my locker when I no longer needed it. The procedures are clear and easy to set up and close, and I had a great experience. Every interaction with every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and positive. Would absolutely recommend!

What can I say perfect from start to finish. Clean facility, friendly staff. Great experience. Feels like a family business not like some of the big corporate storage companies. I'll definitely use them again
