This was an awesome experience buying from New England Tack. Their customer service was impeccable snd the quality of items was amazing. Prices were very good also. Highly recommend them.
I had no problem from New England Tack. The saddle I bought is not the highest quality, The fender did not slide well when I shortened the stirrups, the leather gets stuck in the tree causing a little... Voir plus

I think this company is a scam
I think this company is a scam! I was sent the wrong item. Customer service keeps telling me that they will send me a return authorization slip. Nothing ever comes. Their voice mail is not even to their company. Buyer beware!

Exchange damaged coat for different size.
I received a damaged coat and after a few requests I finally received a return label. I also sent a message asking to exchange the coat for a size small as the medium is too big. I get no response, other than, send it back and we’ll replace it.

Excellent Duster
Great coat! It arrived on time and was a smooth transaction.
The coat itself is plenty big and tall. I’m 6’6” and 325 lbs and it sits well on my shoulders and hangs well. It has all the pockets, straps, and liners I’d hope to be there. Great price too!

You sent the wrong item entirely, admitted it was your mistake, but have refused to send me a return label because, and I quote, "it's the same quality." You said you accept returns, as anyone should when they send the wrong item, but have refused to do so.

Package lost by shipper
Paid 8.99 for shipping to exchange a 22.99 belt that was erdered in wrong size. Sent wrong one back on the 10th of October and have still not received my replacement. Their phone number is not for a business and i have messaged and emailed several times to resolve this issue. I finally heard from them today Oct 17th that my package was lost by shipper and a new one was sent out today. Hopefully i will receive it.
