Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Was quoted 1-2 days delivery. Its been over 10 DAYS and my flowers have still not been delivered for my friend's birthday that was over a week ago. Im sure the flowers will be dead by the time they arrive. When attempting to discuss some type of resolution, the response I keep getting is just to take it up with USPS. No ownership, no compassion. Will never use their services again and I recommend you look elsewhere for a "same day" floral delivery.

Update: flowers arrived today, 11 days after they were ordered. As you can imagine, they were completely dead and had to go straight to the trash. Although I didnt select "guaranteed same day delivery" for my delivery option (that was going to cost an additional $120), the delivery method I did choose said that it would arrive in 1-2 days. Mind you, the delivery address was in New Jersey. For a company based in New Jersey, I cant comprehend how it would take 11 days for delivery, or why professional delivery would cost $125. I also dont understand why shipping with USPS is considered a reasonable option for the shipment of perishable items by a company that specializes in florals, or why such delivery failures fall on the customer. Id upload pics here but cant figure out how.

While we aim for prompt arrival, this is a non-guaranteed shipping method and the 1-2 day window is an estimate. According to our records, the package was prepared and available for courier pickup as scheduled, though we understand the transit time has been much longer than anticipated.

We take your feedback to heart as a "be better" moment for our team. We are currently reviewing our internal procedures to ensure we remain true to the accountability our customers expect and to improve how we assist when shipping delays occur.

Extremely Disappointed - Bait & Switch

I ordered a gift/package expecting the items shown and described, including specific upgrades like a premium wine bottle and a quality serving board. Unfortunately, every single item in my order was substituted — not just small things like chocolate, but also the upgraded wine and the serving board, which was replaced with a generic cutting board that was nothing like what was advertised.

These weren’t minor or equivalent substitutions — they felt like cheaper replacements, which completely defeats the purpose of upgrading and carefully choosing a gift. This feels less like product availability issues and more like false advertising or a bait-and-switch.

I’m incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this company unless they can deliver what’s actually promised — or at the very least, clearly communicate substitutions before the item ships. Buyers deserve transparency, not surprises.

Horrible company...wilted flowers and missing champagne

Purchased flowers and a bottle of champagne for my daughters new home. The flowers were shipped (not delivered) and were wilting when they arrived. There was no champagne....instead they replaced it with a chocolate bar. The chocolate was melted. They normally do not charge for the chocolate but I paid $50 for the champagne.
Please find a local florist and do NOT use this service. They refused to do anything about this order because they said that they have the right to substitute under their terms of service. Substituting would have been ok if they had substituted wine for champagne or something similar. But, all that aside the flowers looked horribly wilted.

They make you choose the delivery date and then they send the flowers whenever they want. When asked for refunds or simply to provide the service they promise, they refuse any customer support.

It's a TOTAL SCAM!!! Stay away!!
