Parts ordering made easy
The process to order repair parts through Newstripe is so easy. Just a couple clicks and you have what you need. I like that the kits give you the part number breakdown for each component so you can choose to order the full kit of just individual parts.

Rollmaster 5000.
I bought the Rollmaster 5000. Before using it I called customer service and spoke with Shawn. Shawn was great! Walked me through a simple question. Very patience man. I used the Roll Master 5000 and loved it! It was as simple as Shawn said it would be. Lines were crisp and tight.

Thank you for your review. As per our conversation, it does appear that the part was originally delivered and signed for a month ago. However, we overnighted the part again to you just in case you are unable to locate the original shipment. The replacement order was delivered this past Tuesday (2/7/2023).
