Excellent product.Great communication with customer service.

I genuinely love my ZONE timer. I use it every day to challenge myself and stay intentional about the time I allocate to tasks, and it has made a real difference in my productivity.
I mostly use it for short sessions (5 to 25 minutes).

I’ve also built a small habit around it: when a session ends, I take that as my cue to stretch and move a bit. An easy way to break up the sedentary rhythm that comes with my digital work.

Beyond what it helps me accomplish, I really enjoy the sensory experience: the finish feels great in hand, and the sound/gentle vibration is subtle but satisfying.
And honestly, the design makes switching into “productive mode” feel even more desirable.

I’m genuinely thrilled with it, and I find myself recommending it to everyone around me.

I bought a New Things Lab, Zone Timer on kickstarter and it has been fantastic. It looks great and works wonderfully. I have integrated it in my work life as a creative writer and it helps me to stay focused as well as keeps me from taking too long of a break during tasks. Their producs are great, their customer service is great too. I had an issue with the wood base slots for the glass boards being too tight and they sent a kit to widen the slots at no extra charge since the wood expanded in shipping. I will be a long time customer of theirs now. I also have the wallet whiteboard and that comes in handy too.

I got a ZONE Timer, and it's a great little tool for calm productivity without needing to use my phone as a timer, and getting distracted each time I pick it up. Team delivered on the promise!

My sister recommended the Zone and after using it at work, I've become more focused.

I had an issue with the courier, which New Things Lab was nevertheless able to resolve. The Zone Timer is nice, but even taking economies of scale into account, from a user perspective it does not feel like a product worth around 70 euros, neither in terms of materials nor functionality. In any case, it was clear what I was purchasing, so there were no surprises in that regard; it’s just that I would have expected at least premium materials to justify the price.

Great product, great Kickstarter campaign!

I have ordered the ZONE with New Things Lab as kickstarter. The nice thing is that they keep you posted all the time of the progress. After I received it, it first was doing nothing on my desk, but after some time I started using it more and more. It keeps me focused and helps me to stay in control of my time management.

They are very communicative and open with production and shipping timelines. Product arrive beautifully packaged and working as advertised.

I love Zone! It's easy to use, looks great on my desk and has been a game changer for my focus.

I liked this little multi timers. I know there are other timers that can do more, but this is simple and non intrusive and I dont get stressed out about it.

Handy, but heavy

Initially I had a problem, but very happy this was able to be resolved.

The team have been in contact and have been been extremely helpful.

The items I have received are beautiful, well made and I love them. I love the Zone timers. Look forward to seeing what other products this company develop.
