New Things Lab  Avis

I bought a New Things Lab, Zone Timer on kickstarter and it has been fantastic. It looks great and works wonderfully. I have integrated it in my work life as a creative writer and it helps me to stay focused as well as keeps me from taking too long of a break during tasks. Their producs are great, their customer service is great too. I had an issue with the wood base slots for the glass boards being too tight and they sent a kit to widen the slots at no extra charge since the wood expanded in shipping. I will be a long time customer of theirs now. I also have the wallet whiteboard and that comes in handy too.

I got a ZONE Timer, and it's a great little tool for calm productivity without needing to use my phone as a timer, and getting distracted each time I pick it up. Team delivered on the promise!

My sister recommended the Zone and after using it at work, I've become more focused.

I had an issue with the courier, which New Things Lab was nevertheless able to resolve. The Zone Timer is nice, but even taking economies of scale into account, from a user perspective it does not feel like a product worth around 70 euros, neither in terms of materials nor functionality. In any case, it was clear what I was purchasing, so there were no surprises in that regard; it’s just that I would have expected at least premium materials to justify the price.

Simple, easy to use a beautiful.

Great product, great Kickstarter campaign!

I have ordered the ZONE with New Things Lab as kickstarter. The nice thing is that they keep you posted all the time of the progress. After I received it, it first was doing nothing on my desk, but after some time I started using it more and more. It keeps me focused and helps me to stay in control of my time management.

They are very communicative and open with production and shipping timelines. Product arrive beautifully packaged and working as advertised.

I love Zone! It's easy to use, looks great on my desk and has been a game changer for my focus.

Love the zone timer. Looks great. Easy to use and really helps with time management and focus.

I liked this little multi timers. I know there are other timers that can do more, but this is simple and non intrusive and I dont get stressed out about it.

Excellent clear communication throughout the whole Kickstarter campaign, everything worked perfectly and reliably and on time. Really pleasant experience, plus the whole family loves the Zone!

It's just nice to use, look at. It doesn't demand your attention, but increases your awareness of time at work and play.

Great communication, transparency, and user-driven work.

I love the design and the simplicity of the products and how they help you boost your productivity.
They also have an amazing support team that is always ready to help with any questions or issues you might have.

Handy, but heavy

Initially I had a problem, but very happy this was able to be resolved.

The team have been in contact and have been been extremely helpful.

The items I have received are beautiful, well made and I love them. I love the Zone timers. Look forward to seeing what other products this company develop.

Thanks to New Things Lab.

Bought the ZONE timer and anticipated my purchase for quite a while. I've been looking for a timer that is quiet, non-distracting, lightweight and easy to set up and use. ZONE timer ticks all of those boxes.

It vibrates quite intensely so even when you have sound on you can notice it on your desk. It blinks so you can also visually see the timer's elapsed and when turning on the chime sound it's non-distracting to colleagues because it isn't your typical "alarm" sound.

Build quality is very high and the attention to detail is amazing. I even love the box the product came in. Bought it with the wooden stand and glass slates to write your todo's on. Similar experience there, attention to detail and high quality.

Support is also very on top of things (requesting my invoice). I enjoyed the experience so much that I also bought two MEMO whiteboards.

High quality and great elegance of Memo-wallet.
Quick and carefull shipping and delivery.
