My insurance company do not accept it…
My insurance company do not accept it and it says DMV approved so I got robbed with you guys because Progressive is saying it’s not DMV approved to New York State

We do want to clarify that we are a DMV-approved provider — you can verify our listing on the official DMV website. Unfortunately, insurance companies do reserve the right to accept or decline completion certificates, and that is something outside of our control. We're sorry if that was not made clear, and we always encourage our students to confirm acceptance with their insurance provider prior to purchasing. Again, we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused.
First time experience
First time doing this online course and disappointed that it wasn’t like previous courses I’ve taken which were more interactive, videos and people actually talking as opposed to all reading with this course. One module in particular had 7 different segments which was a LOT to read and try to memorize.
When I was taking part of the course I did not have access to a printer to print out sheets.

I was unable to get the program
I was unable to get the program. I purchased twice I followed up by phone after going to my bank to try and cancel the purchase. No response. So I spent $64.and have not received anything I will gladly take the course but was not able to proceed after the purchase

Boring and prone to issues, and sometimes inaccurate
The program was not only boring, it was deeply flawed. First of all, it was difficult to use, because the screen kept freezing. I had to go into incognito mode. And I frequently had to refresh to get the program to continue. In addition, the questions were not always compatible with the lessons. Sometimes the answers were in the next section! (Like how many points for failing to have a child properly restrained.) Other times, the wrong words were used (like at least twice saying the black and white regulation signs -- like speed limits -- were "horizontal" rectangles). Then, at completion, instead of just coming out and saying that the certificate would be mailed within 14 days (I had to go into "chat" to get that information), it tries to sell you a rush order for $14.99. RUDE! And then it tries to get you to change insurance carriers. All instead of just telling you when you'll get the certificate and letting you leave. I would not recommend this course.
