I bought a bottle of rust remover and it was useless. The next month, I was billed $29.95 for a membership I did not sign up for. I caught it when they submitted a third charge and I voided it before it was processed. I called and their phone just rings and hangs up.
I got a call from them after submitting a Paypal dispute and they said they would not refund the money. After I threatened to contact the authorities, they told me they would “request” a refund. I don’t have much hope of them giving my money back so I contacted my bank.
Like so many reviews on here I too was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge !!
I purchased a product back in September 2025.
I realised a few days ago that the subscription had been coming out since October after my so called "free trial"
I purchased through PayPal so assumed it was safe..
I emailed them back and forth.. They first offered me 50% refund, then 60% refund..NO THANKS!!
My argument was that I didn't check any box and there was no evidence on my Nexa account that I had a subscription with them, I took screenshots of my original invoice and my account and asked them to tell me where it stated that I had a subscription with them, they told me that I had been sent an email explaining that I had a subscription, I had not, I asked them to resend that email,they didn't... This went back and forth for about 15 emails...I told them I would be taking it further, their response was "if you take it further we will not be able to help you, once a dispute is raised its out of their hands.. bla bla bla....
This is my last email to them
"I have reached out to you first with no resolution, now it is time to go further...
Consumer affairs will be my next call and any other international consumer body I can find, I have lots of time on my hands"
I raised a dispute with PayPal... The next email I received from them below..
We would like to inform you that your refund is currently being processed. To help ensure a smooth and timely completion, we kindly ask that you refrain from opening a dispute at this time.
Please note that once a dispute is initiated, the refund process is handled entirely by the bank or payment provider, and we are no longer able to assist or expedite the refund on our end.

I asked PayPal to pause the dispute and the funds are back in my account today...
Just goes to show you that they know what they are doing is wrong, just need to call their bluff..

This Company is a scammer. I ordered a car window de-froster and they say I also signed up to pay them $29.95 every month. I have stopped the payments after a lot of trying with paypal but this Company needs shutting down as they are not honest and do not warrant getting rich by ripping off the normal every day person. They owe me $29.95 as I was unable to stop the first payment

This company doesn’t even deserve a star. They somehow, I’m sure illegally, rope your account into a subscription and make it impossible to cancel. I was into 4 months worth of charges when I finally figured out how to cancel the charge through PayPal. Now I’m in a fight to get those charges returned; however, there is no way to prove that I “clicked” some magic button for the subscription that I didn’t sign up for. MDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They must be put out of business!
No merchandise and no refund or answer to email and no telephone number to reach a live body :(

I purchased a car scratch removal product, and not only does it NOT work, I was charged $29.95 USD for 6 months before i realized. I've written and tried to call the company many times- but nobody ever answers. Total scam- buyer beware!!!
Ripoff Alert
Very deceptive purchase experience. Last minute upsell leaves makes it very difficult to opt out. Numerous fees during checkout and no final confirmation screen to refuse these fees. My final confirmation screen was double the cost of the advertised price and when I thought I canceled the order, I received a confirmation screen congratulating me on my purchase. I immediately contacted customer service and was told the order was already being shipped. Another upsell attempt or a discount for other products for which I had no desire to purchase. Buyer beware!
I bought i item off Nexa Commerce Prime US store location 4029357733 and paid for it after they finally after a lot of emails that they were slow to answer gave me the credit for the US dollar charged that didn't show on the item when purchased so i thought it was AU dollars until it was processed through Paypal that was why i wanted the refund as it was really bad not showing the dollar rate at purchase.
Then about 28 days later Nexa Commerce Prime US store location 4029357733 took another payment $48.18 US that for what i don't know as i hadn't bought another item from them. I asked them to to explain what it was and that i wanted it refunded and never got a reply. I then put a complaint through Paypal au which on there payments showed that everything was right but on my bank account it was completely different and i also emailed Paypal a copy of my bank statement with the 2 withdrawals which i don't think Paypal even looked at but they went to Nexa Commerce Prime US store location 4029357733 to ask them and they said the payment was correct. I emailed a lot of times copies of my bank statement to Nexa Commerce showing the 2 payments and never got reply. I am not happy to be ripped off and pay $48.18 US for something that i never got.
This is the worst seller i have ever dealt with and if anyone decides to buy off them all i can say is JUST DON'T
Me trying to cancel my subscription. It looks like this after they use the ruse of offering this or that discount and never canceling you and continuously charge you a $29.95 monthly subscription which I did not cancel withinand I think that if I would have cancelled they would not have honored it anyway.

Their advertising is a gimmick! When filling out an order form there is no way to confirm. The advertise “international free shipping” but charge shipping, also charge a “processing fee” not mentioned in the ad. No way to confirm a “total cost” until they send you an email and then it’s too late. I sent an email demanding my money back within an hour but they insisted that the order was already processed and was sent to shipping! Offered a money back guarantee but that would not include shipping, processing fee, nor the fee to join their “Prime Discount Club which was almost $85 CAD. Nowhere was it mentioned that their pricing was USD!
I bought the nexa ultra shine 3 bottles. I only have a small car, one bottle wasn't enough. The product is a load of rubbish, advertising is totally false. When I complained and asked for a refund they offered a 30% discount on their other products, as if. I pointed out the advert said 100% satisfaction or money back. They then offered a 30% refund, which I accepted. My advice don't waste your money
Ordered May 5th 25, arrived on 15th.
Two tiny packages containing a100mil/3.4fl.oz. bottle of mainly water+tetrafluorothylene, a spray attachment, a small synthetic fabric and a very small piece of foam rubber sandwich? The out box highlights the clean/polish/repair quantities of the miracle fluid.
It's as much use as a bicycle to a fish.
The instructions for use don't even mention the contents of the package.
I would return the delivery for a refund but my life is too short to even think of the hassle that is likely to create, given the miracle fluid is no better than any off the shelf car polish.
Save yourself time and money, avoid this product. Obviously I have no reason to believe the hype on the various other miracles advertised by NEXA US.
