No customer service in the UK. Bought a large 6 burner bbq from Costco. On assembly realised one screw was missing and one bolt hole hadn’t been drilled properly so the screw couldn’t go in. Follow... Voir plus

Worst customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with. The bolts in the lid started coming off, which makes the grill extraordinarily dangerous. I simply asked them to send me replacement parts. In two months, I've been struggling to get a simple bolt and nut sent to me. Lie after lie after lie after lie after lie. It's totally unbelievable. I would never ever buy Nexgrill ever again. I would stay well away from this company. A terrible, terrible experience.

I purchased a Neevo 720 digital smart grill at Home Depot about 16 months ago, so it's no longer under warranty. I've been getting an error code, er6, for some time now. It starts then I get the code and have to restart it several times till it gets up to temperature. The error code tells me it's the control panel. I'm not going to call customer service because if it only lasts a year I'm better off getting a new grill rather than spending more money on this one. As long as I'm at it I also bought one of your fancy grill brushes that had a tag that said I could buy replacement heads. Apparently Home Depot no longer offers them, even though they still sell them with the same tags. Needless to say I won't be buying a Nexgrill and won't get it at Home Depot.

what a total load of junk i have the 5 burner one the temp setting stickers came off on first clean with washing up liquid and a cloth, the burners are set on a slant ???? so you do not get even heat, cold at the back very hot at the front so you get half cooked food you have to keep gas bottle outside of the unit you go on the uk web site its a joke you spares nothing no answer to emails i want some stickers so i can give it away i hate it, complete waste of money to say nothing of the fat leaks out all over the place the sides everywhere . DID you even try this pile of junk out before you sold it ??????? i have had it for jet over a year now learnt a lesson though buy a weber

The fat tray cannot be removed for cleaning, it is screwed into position. This is dangerous in that a fat and debris fire is almost a certainty whilst cooking no matter how often it is cleaned. Very bad design.

The barbecue gets extremely hot and the way that it is engineered inside catches a lot of grease in different spots, even using aluminium foil sheet we can’t stop it from lighting on fire quite ferociously so now we’ve got to the point we don’t cook lamb or sausages on it at all and if we cook chicken, it’s on low only. I will be selling this very soon for very cheap and buying a Webber Family.

I purchased a Nexgrill 8 burner event barbecue from Costco UK online. It arrived ten days later, opened box to find one corner damaged at factory shouldn’t have left factory damaged because packaging was very good so damaged before it let factory. Very sharp edges cut my finger in 3 places. Finally put together went and got 2 x gas bottles because this one needs 2 gas bottles. When I lit the barbecue for the first time one side began to pop and go out not sure why. Can’t be spider’s web it’s brand new from the factory. Tried calling the uk 0800 customer service number and goes through to South Africa who haven’t got a clue, they said send an email or call the USA 🤦♂️ I want someone on the phone from technical assistance to talk me through the popping on the burners not to send emails. I called Costco who are picking it up
And refunding me. Nexgrill are just a dark company who can’t be contacted and play a numbers game for bad service and quality products. Well they are getting this one back as well. Stay away from them and buy something where at least you can get technical assistance in the uk

Bought a Nexgrill Neevo
Have used it 2 dozen times out of the 2dozen times only once did I maintain a 350 degree temp
All the other times I’d set it to 350 and it would run up in the 600’s
Would not recommend this grill
Took the first one back to Home Depot because it kept getting a error code
Wish I’d of just bought a regular gas grill
This one’s to much trouble and time consuming to grill on

Would give no stars if I could!
Purchased the classic 4 burner from ASDA in UK. Took 2 hours to assemble and last piece, the side burner knob, is broken and falls off.
Tried Nexgrill UK help number.....only it's not UK and not helpful.
Was given an email address and have had several emails back and forth telling me they are looking into sending me the part....... still no part and now they are not replying to any emails.
ASDA not much help either as their solution is to dismantle grill and have it collected to then send me a new one to build.....all for a knob!
Will have to resort to buying a knob off Ebay which is annoying as it won't match the others.
Wish I had read the reviews before buying as I would purchased a different brand!
Avoid this company and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Missing a part from a recent purchase and the retailer wants me to disassemble and return. Contacted them to see what my options are and they DO NOT reply. Various emails sent over the space of a month and NOTHING.
Do not buy these products in the UK they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.
Even their reply wants me to call a USA number. Which by the time I do It would be cheaper to buy one myself!

Bought a nexgrille 6 burner , missing door parts took ages to get through to customer service to get no help . Went into bbq galore who we bought this from to get no help told to go to Bunnings . The heat in the bbq only steams a steak or most foods , thought at first it was a faulty regulator but it’s actually the best it heats I can almost put my hand on it . Very disappointed to have wasted our money , my husband is pretty p… off with it . Would not recommend this product .

Definitely not up to their normal standard.
HQ'd in California - made in China.
Top heavy so toppled over in the wind, and lasted 4 years before the burners rusted out.
Off to buy a quality product from Broil King
Trying to get hold of customer service.
No response . Shocking .
This company is getting (2) stars only because our food is always grilled evenly.
The main problem with their grills is that they are too top heavy. Every time I go out to the grill after heavy winds, my grill is on the ground.
I have even attempted to chain the grill around a tree and it still tips over.
The framing and tubes are almost paper thin. Although our grill works……it looks like it was beat up in a boxing ring.
about 4 weeks ago I was nexgrill 6 burner online 2 weeks later I received it however the box was damaged luckily didn't Damage the grill and missing some Screws bolts I contact nexgrill customer Service the guy names josh nance he need a receipt however I called home depot they said u will get actual receipt in store purchase not online purchase I don't know what to do next grill customer Service pis me of I'm not happy the way they served customer I'm not recommending to my friends over all product wasn't good built sorry
