Really poor quality noise cancelling…

Really poor quality noise cancelling headphones sold as premium quality, and at releatively high price. The product did not work at all, and as I sent in a complaint wanting to return, I was told I could either keep the device (completely useless) and they would reimburce me 3% (!) of the cost - or I could retun it at own cost for £35 where the process would take up to a month... Poor quality. Poor service.

My headphones weren't even delivered! Relay - the company responsible offered me an alternative delivery address, which I accepted, but they failed to deliver them there and returned my parcel to Nexoria. However, they are not only refusing to refund me but have tried to imply that it was my fault for giving the wrong address for shipping. Now I find out that their product is of extremely poor quality in any case and was hyped on a dodgy review site. Do not buy anything from this rip-off company.

Bad customer service

Customer service was terrible, stay away from them. You don’t get the brand name that’s advertised. We bought from nexoria.co.uk which is just a dropshipper via china.
This is the email we got when asked to send the broken product after opening the package. It would end up costing us.

6.The refund will be processed after we receive the item.

Bought two rings

Bought two rings. Received one right worked for one day then wouldn’t connect. Kept getting error messages. Second ring somethings worked and others didn’t. Reached out to customer service. After 21 emails back and forth with no luck fixing the ring they just kept telling me to repeat previous steps. Super frustrating super disappointed. Definitely would not recommend. Stay clear of this company they don’t stand behind their product

Total scam!

I thought I’d done great research after reading a comparison article but once it arrived in an unbranded box with a QR code to an app with 1 review I realised this brand is a total scam! Plastic crap ring that cost $260! Gutted!!

After reading several reviews on lots smart rings I ordered a pink ring for my wife on Mothers day it arrived late. Only by a day so not the end of the world. We measured her finger specifically to get the right size, the one they sent me is huge, in fact only just fits a mans finger, They initially offered 3% refund or 80% off another purchase of a smaller ring. I asked for a full refund details and that is where their communication ends. Tumble weed for over a week. I've even enquired about how much the 80% off deal is but nothing. Only recourse will be to flag this as fraud to the Bank and maybe get the money back.

Stubborn customer service! Do not buy!!

I ordered these headphones for a Christmas gift. Upon arrival, I discovered that the headphones would not hold a charge for more than a few minutes! I contacted the company per their return policy. They required me to make a video and send it to them with an explanation. After they received the video, they sent instructions for troubleshooting, which did absolutely no good. Basically, you have to jump through hoops for them. About 15 emails later, they finally agreed to send another set. When I received the second set, it had the exact same issue! So I again contacted the company requesting a refund, agreeing to return both items. At first they refused, and 37 emails later they finally sent me a return address. However, there was one caveat. We had to pay the return shipping plus a 15% handling fee! It took a lot of cajoling just to get to that point, and I wanted to give up but I had hoped that they would change their mind. The customer service sucks even though they do respond to emails somewhere between 24 to 72 hours. Sometimes you just get a pre-written response. Do not order from this company! From what I can tell, there are technical issues with both of their products, and even if you’re likely to convince them to accept your return, it will cost you approximately 1/3rd of what you paid for the item!

Scam from Hong Kong

After stunning review on some ring comparison page, the product arrived. Way too big, cheap plastic ring. I didn't even turn it on. The return basically robs you 15% so called handling fee plus shipping to the Hong Kong (they have UK based warehouse, according to them).

Avoid at all costs. £110 lost on cheap crap.

Do not buy the Nexoria ring. The sleep data is crap. That is one of the key features I purchased it for. Emails sent to their US support website were undeliverable.

Nexoria smart ring will not charge properly

Ring arrived but is not branded. Am I suspicious? Yes! The ring will not charge properly or hold a charge. Company is giving me the run around and asking for videos of it not charging! I have sent them time stamped photos but they will not accept them. Company will not give a refund unless I pay for postage back to an address they will not supply unless I accept their terms, which also involves them deducting original postage price (which they gave for free) AND they will deduct a further 15%. For what I don't know! The privilege of dealing with their dud product and unwillto deal with the mess.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS RING AND COMPANY

Awful - avoid at all costs, don’t waste your money!

Awful customer service who just gives you the run around. Ordered a ring and they sent the a ring that was ridiculously too big. Only way to resolve would be to spend MORE money to return or get an exchange. I think this company is a farce and would avoid it at all costs!
On their website states you can get a full refund if you contact them within the 14 days, don’t believe them, they will ask for money to do this contradicting what they say on the website.

Ordered this smart ring in December, never received it, cannot get reply from customer service for either replacement or refund! Tracking says returned to supplier???? Very bad …. No ring and out of pocket!!

I would give a zero if I could! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Cheap knock off Chinese goods, not based in the uk despite saying uk on their address bar. 11 days to deliver “express postage” get the item and it breaks on first use in the gym. Don’t even bother trying for a refund, they don’t respond and if they do you have to fit the bill for the postage back to china! Avoid like the plague!!!

What absolutely dreadful Customer…

What absolutely dreadful Customer Service.

I was simply asking for advice on the size of a thumb ring I should order for myself being an average size woman, and how I return it if it doesn't fit.

I received a how to measure chart in Chinese. I was called 'Customer' after a few emails even though my name is quite clearly at the bottom of every email and in my email address.

'Cindy' just wouldn't answer my two questions. I guess he/she is a robot.

I'm very disappointed because after research Nexoria's Silver Smart Ring looked the best one, which I won't be buying now as I still don't know what size to buy or how their returns work if it doesn't fit.
