Nonexistent customer service. I ordered an HERZ P1 scale last week and received a ship notice with a tracking number that is not trackable. The email with the tracking number has a link that goes nowhere so I have no idea where my shipment is. They also advertise very openly "always free shipping". Not so! I was charged $7.95 for standard shipping I've emailed customer service about this and the inability to track it and have now emailed them four different times and get absolutely no response the scale may be great but if there's nobody there to back it up it's useless and whenever I receive it I'm probably just going to automatically return it with their 90 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy and buy a Made in USA scale with an equally good reputation and that is reputed to have wonderful customer service. Who needs this aggravation! And if this is the customer service before you receive the product I can't imagine what it will be like afterwards Herz looks like a company to stay away from
I wish that I was able to leave a review about the products (I ordered the smart ring and smart scale) but they have not yet been received. I selected the 3-5 business days expedited shipping on April 4th, it is now April 21st and the order is still "processing", not yet shipped.
I reached out to customer service and was repeatedly told to "be patient". It would be one thing if there weren't different shipping options, but options are provided at different price points and the consumer expects that if they pay for a particular delivery option, it should be shipped within that time frame.
I am still waiting for my products and am excited to receive them but the process in dealing with this company has been juvenile at best, still no one has acknowledged that the 3-5 business days has now past and worse yet, no indication that anyone in the organization cares to look into it.
I would not recommend dealing with Herz P1 if you prefer to deal with a business that at least pretends to put the consumer first.
If zero stars were an option, that would have been selected, I'm really hoping I like the products because if that's a fail too, this company has nothing going for it.

I really like the functions, style and fit/comfortably I wish I had gone up in size just to where it on a different finger. True to fit. They have any exercise you can think of which was awesome. Only had it a week and its great..

The website was very detailed with the specs of the ring which I appreciated. Overall, the entire shopping experience was quick and easy. Shipping was incredibly fast. Ring was easy to set up and I’ve used it everyday since getting. Definitely recommend this ring and will probably by another one to have a spare!

I've had this ring now for 5 full days now. I was initially nervous of it coming due to me not normally wearing rings. I bought the ring quick due to it being on sale and quickly measured the finger I wanted it on. When it was delivered the size of the ring was slightly too big for my index finger. But after trying it on my thumb, it fit perfect. After wearing it for a while now, I actuslly prefer it that way.
The reason I bought the ring was due to me not liking wearing my smart watch to bed as I find it uncomfortable. And it didnt track things like sleep or body temp etc like the Hertz P1 does. And this is absolutely perfect.
I really like the simplicity of the amount of data its tracking considering the price range of this. As a male in my mid-30s I wanted something stylish that was also not too "girly" or overstated. The black really does look spot on and naturally goes with many looks.
The ring is so easy to set up, as is the app. In the 5-6 days I've had it I've charged it once when it reached 30% as I was going to work and didnt know it would last. I use my garmin watch for tracking activity so don't really use the ring for this feature. But I really recommend the product.

I seem to max out on points for activities & being active daily. I turned off the blood oxygen level because I found my ring would only last three days. Now, I get four days tops out of a full charge.
I question why I bought this ring, it’s useful but not that useful. I take my blood pressure on a monitor, and track all my activities on a Garmin too. This is overkill and I’m sorry I wasted $80 on it.

I ordered the Hertz P1 smart ring weeks ago. I haven’t received it. I have emailed the company 3 times, but i only get an automated response saying they will get back to me but the haven’t.
I paid £77 for the ring & charging pod. Yet I have received nothing & a frustrated with the lack of communication.
THIS IS NOT OK. IM INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED…….

When they arrived they did not function
When I complained they offered a discount.
The discount is worthless as the scales don’t function.
They do not reply to ny emails for return or foe the warranty I paid for.
I have now filed dispute with my bank and Pay Pal

This company is a joke. Customer service is terrible. I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days). After a week, I contacted them to get an update and was told one of my 4 items were on back order so they were waiting for it to become available before shipping all at once. I followed up again and they told me “good news, your item is in stock and shipping this week” that was 2 weeks ago and when I reached back out the reply I got was my items were out of stock. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m now waiting to see if I’ll get my refund.

I guess when it sounded to good to be true to I should have known. It did ship fast and seems to work okay so far (not sure how accurate the sleep and stress features are when I had a anxiety attack during the day but it said my stress level was normal all day 🥴 and I tossed and turned all night one night and it said I had a good nights sleep 🙄) I am currently arguing with the company because the ring is way to large for me so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size but I was told I would have to ship it back at my expense and then send the company the tracking number and proof of return and once it’s received at their warehouse I will receive the replacement. Nope, not happening. They advertised on their website multiple times in multiple places “money back guarantee” “every penny back if not satisfied”. Then you can’t even leave a review on their website!!!!!

When I called customer service they told me that it could take some time before the order would get to GoFo, so that tracking would update?
Shipping delays or being a small company I could have sympathized with, but the answer I got didn't seem genuine.
Like others I started to worry I had been scammed. I wish there were updates from others to see if their issues resolved to see if it's actually legit.

I would give a five-star review, as the scale is accurate and extremely helpful; however, the product took weeks to get to me - so long, in fact, that I forgot I had ordered it. I'm glad I did, however!

Terrible customer service. Purchased the smart ring and reached out PRIOR to shipping to manage my order/change the size. They did not update the order before shipping. Had to return the ring AND pay shipping with order number, sent them the tracking number multiple times, followed up with multiple emails. Response time is very slow and most of the time they do not respond at all. I have asked for a new ring or a refund. Crickets.
Don’t waste your time with this company. Spend a little extra and purchase the Oura. Very upsetting.
So, you need me to the information a 15th time?
For anyone reading this, I sent them the order number and tracking number AGAIN. No one contacted me!

I like the functions, style and fit/comfort with my of the Herz P1 ring. However, it’s supposed to have a 6 day battery life and mine is only lasting two days. I have taken care to only recharge when prompted. I have only had the ring for about three months and I’m very disappointed with the battery life.

Update1: after receiving a response quickly to this site, I was informed one of the two rings was “suddenly out of stock”, which was delaying the entire order. They gave two options - I chose the second to get the in stock items now, the out of stock ring at the end of April (supposedly when back). No response to my email, no confirmation that the order is shipping, no change on the website to my order status. Service continues to be poor.
Original; Service has been horrible so far - shipping delay without explanation. Submitted an email with order number asking for update - no response. Still waiting
