Wir haben eine Personenwaage bei Herz1 bestellt. Angeblich hätten wir 3 bestellt,dafür wurde uns auch das Geld abgebucht. Auf Emails zum Widerruf des Kaufs wurde nicht reagiert. Eine telefonisch versprochene Bearbeitung der Sache, blieb bisher aus. Wir können vor dieser Firma nur warnen! Einer anderen Kundin ist im September das Gleiche passiert. Finger weg!!

Ich habe meine Herz P1 Smart-Waage am 21.09.2026 bestellt und bekomme ständig E-Mails, dass mein Ring bald geliefert wird. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich keinen Ring sondern eine Waage bestellt habe, erhielt ich noch keine Antwort, auch nicht, wie lange die Lieferung noch dauert. Seit dem 23.09.2026 werden keine aktuellen Lieferdaten übermittelt. Heute sind nun 17 Tage vergangen und die Waage ist immer noch nicht angekommen. Hier meine Bestellnummer: #129514
Nun bin ich richtig sauer. Es sind nun über 3 Wochen vergangen und die Waage wurde immer noch nicht geliefert! Seit 30.09.2026 keine neuen Lieferdaten. Und der Gipfel ist, dass man dafür auch noch Zoll bezahlen soll? Kein Hinweis bei der Bestellung, dass die Waage aus den USA kommt. Dreister geht es gar nicht mehr. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel.

I have to dispute the charges through…
I have to dispute the charges through my bank because the retailer will not follow there return policies. They have ignored me for well over a month. I sent another email asking to return the items. The website says you have 90 days to return. They will ignore you to keep the money. Do not buy from these crooked thieves.
In reply to the reply below— I stand by what I wrote above. I have emails and screenshots to prove all is true.
I even reached out to the owner of this so-called business. Crickets.

It's about more than weight!
This scale is great for someone who is interested iin more aspects of health than just weight. I get a dexa scan each year to get an idea of my bone density and other vital information. Im anxious to compare the Herz readings with the dexascan, because I chose this particular scale for its tested accuracy. I've already gained so. E encouraging and motivating insights in just 6 days.

Ich bin wirklich sauer. Beim Kauf wurde nirgendwo erwähnt dass die Sendung aus den USA kommt und somit musste ich noch obendrein 31€ Zollgebühren zahlen. Das ist einfach nur eine Abzocke.

I actually had to return the ring twice…
I actually had to return the ring twice because of the size (My fault). They were very helpful and today is the first day I have my ring. So I'm not sure how great it is yet but the customer service was excellent.

The package arrived on time and was securely packed. The instructions were clear on the app. It was easy to set up, and I ordered a charger as well, so that makes it even easier to charge the ring. The charger is sold separately. Overall, it is more affordable and worth the price. I will wear it carefully and hope that it lasts over time.
