It is tracking great. The app is seamless. Love that it tracks the same things as the much more expensive smart rings and the app is free while the others charge for subscriptions. Love the ring and have recommended to friends!

The different measurements of our health will be a big help as we wear it daily and see what we can do to improve our health. Although the instructions indicate that your left wrist is better, we seem to be getting good readings wearing it on our right wrists.

Perfect & Beautiful. Once it's connected.
First, I love the design of the band. It threw me off a little that it had no screen (I can't really tell during exercise what my heart rate is, for instance). I'm COMPLETELY okay with this trade off, as I really did not like screens of past devices getting scratched up and ugly. Second, I REALLY like the website. It loads my data within seconds of opening it and analyzes several areas I'm interested in. In fact it gives me options of listing them in the order I want as I scroll down. Very clean. Third, and this could have been avoided if I had utilized my tech achieved child, but I had difficulty figuring out how to get this hooked up with MyFitnessPal utilizing GoogleConnect and GoogleHealth. I finally figured it out, but it was a couple days. Even now I'm probably missing a permission somewhere that would allow this to work in the background. As it is, I need to open the app in order for it to register my data to that point, and THEN the Google apps transfer it to MyFitnessPal. Nonetheless, I love it.

(1) There must be an assumption that the user will instantly know how to use the ring and app since to say there is a limited manual available would be an overstatement.
(2) After reading for more than two hours in the middle of the night, while laying down, the ring recrecorded it as light sleep.

Great service, pre and post sale, easy setup. Ring swapped easily as I purchased a ring that was marginally too small. May be a little inaccurate on measuring wakeful periods overnight. Generally happy with the product though.

Erst nach 1 Stern Bewertung kommt eine Reaktion
Vollkommen unseriös.
Reklamieren seit Wochen einen Ring, welcher nicht einmal mehr drei Stunden vom Akku her hält. Haben bereits mehrere Tickets aufgemacht, keine Reaktion. Wir haben sogar extra für so einen Fall die Versicherung abgeschlossene, die Firma antwortet nicht.
Das ist vollkommen indiskutable,Finger weg von dieser Firma, Abzocke‼️
Erst nach dieser Bewertung wurde auf unser Problem reagiert.Und zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir der Firma bereits vier mal alles Daten und die Problematik schriftlich zukommen lassen
Traurig das der Kundenservice erst nach so etwas bereit ist einem Kunden zu helfen.

I have only had it for three days
I have only had it for three days, but I am very impressed with all the functions it can monitor. I bought it per recommendation from my Dr to monitor my sleep, and I hate wearing watches. Very detailed report. Easy to program app and it looks great. I have gotten several compliments on the style of the black ring.

I love the smart band to track my stats…
I love the smart band to track my stats while at rest and while working out at gym or riding bike on bikeway. I used it to verify Heart Rate was correct on the step machine at the gym. Numbers were comparable.

Wir haben eine Personenwaage bei Herz1 bestellt. Angeblich hätten wir 3 bestellt,dafür wurde uns auch das Geld abgebucht. Auf Emails zum Widerruf des Kaufs wurde nicht reagiert. Eine telefonisch versprochene Bearbeitung der Sache, blieb bisher aus. Wir können vor dieser Firma nur warnen! Einer anderen Kundin ist im September das Gleiche passiert. Finger weg!!
