Extremely disappointing service. I have raised a return request more than three times over the past month, yet no one has come to collect the items. Despite multiple calls and repeated assurances from the team, nothing has been resolved. Empty promises and zero accountability — this is unacceptable.

Sharing a recent customer experience with Next International and Tabby.
I returned an order to Next International because some items arrived damaged and others were unwanted. I was advised that the goods would be refunded and that the delivery charge would also be refunded.
The refund for the goods was correctly adjusted in my Tabby account. However, the delivery charge refund was sent to a card linked to a bank account that has been closed for six months.
Trying to get a resolution for this has taken four hours of my time. I spoke with at least six agents at Next International and four agents at Tabby, with both not listening or trying to understand my query and both parties repeatedly directing me back to the other while confirming that the refund had been processed.
At one point I received a call from someone claiming to be from Next International from a UK number I did not recognise. The caller rang once I picked up the caller didn’t say anything, hung up and then called again. Once the caller did speak got my name wrong and laughed about it, which came across as unprofessional. The caller advised me that they were from Next international then offered to process a manual refund if I provided my bank account details over the phone. As there were no formal security checks and the call itself raised concerns, I declined and asked for confirmation via email. The caller continued to speak over me and did not listen to my request, which added to the frustration.
A manual refund was apparently possible, which suggests the issue was recognised, yet neither side could clearly trace or resolve the original delivery refund.
The outcome is that if I want my refund I have to contact the bank linked to an account that was closed six months ago in order to try to retrieve.
It’s disappointing because the items arrived damaged and I was initially advised to return them and reorder, which I would have happily done. The delivery fee itself isn’t the issue it’s the time spent and the principle of how situations like this are handled.
I hope Next International and Tabby review how situations like this are handled so that customers are not left navigating between two companies to resolve a simple refund.

Extremely painful return and refund process
I placed several orders for delivery to UAE but was highly disappointed with the return and refund process. There’s no option to exchange items. The courier is Aramex which is terribly unreliable and can takes days and weeks for the item to reach the warehouse then further time for the refund to be processed. Once processed the refund comes through in dribs and drabs. A very messy and appalling experience. The operations can do with much improvement. Do not recommend.
Website functionality - Filter
I’m very disappointed with Next.ae. Even after applying the correct filters, they keep showing items that are not available or out of stock. It completely defeats the purpose of using filters in the first place. You waste time browsing products you can’t even order. This has been happening repeatedly, and it makes the shopping experience frustrating and unreliable. They really need to fix their filtering system.
I even dropped the email to customer service and the response i got was "Website functionality will remain the same" :D
Worst Return Process- not encouraged to order again
Return process is one of the worst I’ve had to deal with.
The return website has soo many bugs and takes for ever to load. Even having to fill the information all over again if you have to reload.
Also the fact that you pay 20aed for the returns not a standard in UAE. Atleast if the returns is on the app or much smoother I’d understand. It’s such a hassle wouldn’t want to order from them again.
Also I’ve bought from Next before and I’m surprised their items I ordered online do run smaller than in store which doesn’t make sense to me.

Got to be honest here ..
I don't want to put all advisors or agents on customer service in one ugly basket, to be honest some of them are really kind smart and helpful but some are rude like this person and ill give the name( Muskaan Sayyed) very unprofessional try to highlight accusations and use a low level way of solving the issues, it wasn't directly presented but you can get what the agent aiming for.. fix your company warehouse problems before accusing people, this is my first problem with next .
Regarding the return fees I found that unnecessary you are encouraging us to hesitate about placing orders..

I am shocked reading all these negative reviews as I have used next.ae for over 8 years and cannot praise them enough. Excellent service from point of order to delivery and yes there is a very small charge to return (around 20 dirham) and so there should be as in UK you there is a return cost. Excellent company and Aramex always super!
Absolute terrible after sales and Return Process
Absolute terrible after sales experience. Why Aramex?? Firstly they delivered late, order was supposed to arrive on Monday, Aramex even collected from their facility, then I just get a notification at 11pm the night when it was supposed to be delivered, that they attempted delivery (they have not!) and that delivery is now pushed to an additional 2 - business days. Then the return process?? I had ordered one size too small, i cannot just exchange the shoe, like any other platform, I need to go though this entire process, pay an additional 20aed for the return, then place a completely new order again after the refund is processed after a few more business days. Absolute horrible experience!!

When shopping playforms from all ovwr the world have return and refund option hasslefree......why these guys are charging 25 aed as return charge? Plus you make delivery quick, how my return is scheduled after 10-15 days...that too delayed.
Better try other delivery service
I didn’t expect to see so many negative reviews. Next.ae was prepared and delivered on time, but the delivery experience is giving them a bad reputation. It seems this isn’t the first time Aramex has caused issues with delivery timing. My order was supposed to arrive on Saturday; I missed their call, but all my previous orders have arrived regardless of missed calls. Today, they attempted delivery again at 7 pm. I answered and confirmed the location, but an hour later, I realized they still hadn’t arrived, and my order was marked as “in transit” again. Maybe it’s not entirely next.ae’s fault, but I wonder why they continue to work with such a courier company.
I don’t normally write bad reviews but I want to do it this time. It’s really frustating. I cancelled my order.
Shipping, return, reorder: nightmare
Here's how it'll go: 1-you buy an item but the size doesn't fit. 2-you can't exchange it. 3- you pay 25 AED to return it. 4-you reorder with a different size and pay for shipping again. SO YOU SPENT 40-50 JUST FOR THE HASSLE OF SHIPPING. Better shop elsewhere where returning is free, there's an exchange, and free shipping is widely available.

Many purchases via Next AE website, never had a problem with deliveries/returns. What I could share as a critique is that sometimes the items (especially on Sale) are damaged. I had to return a few Sale purchased items, reorder and then receive the same item in good condition. Otherwise, generally good experience.

The manager, in particular, was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding the right size for a gift, and I even buying something for myself. Charges for return of damaged goods

Terrible customer service
It’s not possible to describe my disappointment in Next UAE. I paid for 2000aed worth of clothing with a UK bank card. The payment was rejected (refused because the account address is outside the UAE) The funds have now been held as “Pending” by the merchant for 8 working days (12 real days) and Next refuse to do anything to assist in releasing them back to my account. I spoke to them emailed them and I just receive terrible customer service and a ridiculous response telling me they been “trying” to call me which they obviously have not. I’ve never had funds held like this and it’s really left me in a difficult position as I was purchasing something special for an event. I can’t repurchase and I can’t shop elsewhere.
