Lovely sofa

Lovely sofa, great value. I was told I would have a two man delivery but ended up having to help the driver myself. A small point but needed mentioning.
After posting this I received a call from my contact at Next Day Sofas to apologise for one man delivery. They are very good people to work with.

Excellent service - very professional delivery service and love the sofa! Would totally recommend this company. First time we’ve ordered from them - certainly won’t be the last!

be ready for £100 charge if anything goes wrong

I bought a sofa from them and it arrived not fit to my lift because of narrow hallway, and it's returned. the sales man Lee on the line told me I can use the money to buy an replacement sofa and I won't be liable to the£50 cancellation/delivery fee. I had no choice but listened to him and asked for a replacement sofa.

before it arrives I accidentally found there is another big brand seller online and is selling the exact same sofa for£170 less, I called nextdaysofa and asked for a partial price match (not even a full price match) but they told me a firm NO, and asked me to cancel the order (now I know why). ofc I'd cancel the order, not only because it's price scam but also about how they treat customer after sale.

at the end they deducted £100.00 cancellation/delivery because they said the sofa was ordered twice?? 2 charges for 1 order??

no wonder they don't give a damn to customer after sale, they earn profit from these unfair charges, it's all planned!

I was told on the phone the £50 will NOT be charged if I replace the sofa to another one and I am NOT told or aware the £50 fee can be charged twice from 1 order.

it was a total scam of fees! once you pay them and you'll be ready to lose money if ANYTHING go WRONG. they don't give a damn for aftersale. what a scam.

Good luck shopping with them and make sure nothing goes wrong or you'll have a happy time with them :))

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm truly sorry to hear that you weren't entirely satisfied with the service you received from us.

You called and spoke to me about several of our models and asked if we could price match a particular sofa from another company. We agreed to this, and the goods were despatched.

After your order was despatched and passed onto our couriers for delivery, you contacted us again after spotting a similar model at a reduced price elsewhere. At this point, we refused to further price match. We understand how this can be frustrating, but it's worth noting that prices can vary across different retailers, especially when certain colours or models go on sale. We couldn't match the new price you found post-purchase, as it's not feasible for businesses to adjust to every price change in the market after a sale has been made.

You then requested to cancel your order, but as explained in our Ts and Cs and over the phone, we do implement a courier cancellation charge of £50 as the item had been despatched and needed to be returned.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and feel our range of furniture is very price competitive, but we have no control over what other companies do with their pricing, and sales can be implemented at any time by the many furniture companies that exist online.

Most uncomfortable

From order to delivery no problems however the chair is in the garage, I tried hard for a week but unfortunately it's just not comfortable in fact it was good for my knees but gave me backache. Just thought I'd add a little tip don't buy a chair without sitting in it first my big mistake.

Dubious about ordering online from a…

Dubious about ordering online from a company that I had never heard of, but the quick delivery offered and reasonable price swung it for me. The sofa is for a garden room so thought to myself if it’s terrible it’s not the end of the world.
However I cannot express how pleased I am! Ordered for crate delivery tea time Wednesday, recieved phone call straight after to confirm it would be Friday which I knew as the website tells you the cut off times. Delivery arrived today and wow, the sofa is fantastic quality and I would deffo have one for my main house it’s that good. Delivery man was exceptional, so good that I rung the delivery company to sing his praises. Can’t recommend this company enough, absolutely brilliant from start to finish
