Next Gen Mobility has top notch customer service
I have bought 2 EUCs from Next Gen (Extreme Bull Rocket & Nosfet Aeon) and both arrived in a reasonable time and were packaged nicely. I have had a few problems with the Rocket but the customer service has been exceptional. I bought the Aeon to have something to ride while getting problems resolved with the Rocket and Next Gen was sympathetic and discounted the Aeon for me. They have also been a huge help advocating for me w/ Extreme bull on warranty claims. I recommend Next Gen Mobility to anyone in the market for an EUC because they go above and beyond for their customers and are very prompt with replying and getying problems solved.

Issues corrected super fast
While it was disappointing to find out that the website did not update to show one of the items on my order was not in stock, I was called within a matter of hours near the end of day on a Friday to get things corrected. The order arrived sooner than I expected, and without an excessive amount of packing.
