The absolute best team with the best customer service. As a smaller online pharmacy, they really have their customers needs at top priority which is reflected through their communications, their prices and ongoing support. Their staff are so friendly and helpful, and made the starting process so much less intimidating. Id recommend nextscript to anyone who’s looking to start (and I’m currently even getting my friend to switch to nextscript too). The delivery service is smooth and fast and comes fully secured too!

The first order process took slightly longer than I have heard from other pharmacies however to me this just made me feel more assured that everything was done by the book and through the correct protocols. I booked my video consultation for only a few days after submitting my first order, which was just to go through and confirm everything that I’d told them for example, a live weight check and a height check, double checking which medications I was taking etc, which I valued as the confirmation meant that they’re thorough. It was a quick call and the pharmacist was lovely.

The delivery post video call was quick and I was kept up to date as to when it was being processed and shipped too. The delivery even came with a sweet little addition of a herbal tea, which was really well thought out as it was beneficial on the 2nd day of my first injection due to nausea.

They sent a sharps bin too with the first delivery which alleviated any stress of needing to source one myself!

I switched to this provider last month after using a price comparison site and seeing this pharmacy had a more fair price and good reviews, needless to say I haven’t been disappointed.

The initial change over was simple. I uploaded my photos as requested, and was sent an email for me to book a video consultation which I booked for only a few days after my purchase. The pharmacist I spoke to was so lovely, which was reassuring for me as I usually tend to get nervous on any video calls. I confirmed the details I had given on my initial consultation and showed my ID, we had a chat about the medication, she asked me a few questions and then it was done. My order arrived within a couple of days after the consultation, with a herbal tea which was a thoughtful touch :)

I’m honestly over the moon with the service. I know some people may think it’s a bit more in depth than other pharmacies, but in my opinion knowing that they care that we are getting the right medication for our needs makes it worth it. Really glad to have switched to this and I can’t see myself moving to another now, thank you!

Unfortunately I gave them a second chance and was let down again. First order was mucked up as they did not inform me that I would need ti arrange video consultation to approve. While I like this personal touch, it delayed the process unnecessarily, especially as the actual consultation didnt go through anything I hadnt done through video photo wvidence and questionnaires with other companies. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order my refill from them, thinking it should be much quicker given that it was just a refill. Unfortunately its been a week and still not even approved. Very slow service. Expect to wait and possibly miss dose if already on glp-1.

I really like this provider, I have tried others in the past. Like the other reviews, it takes time from the moment you buy the product to it being dispatched. At first I found the length of the process frustrating, but as it continued I realised that the company was placing all the correct protocols in place, making me feel more reassured that I had made the right decision. And there was a lovely personal touch within the delivery.

I ordered my medication and made payment on the 18th March, then had to wait six days for a consultation which had I have been aware of at the time - I’d have used a different provider as the process is less than half of the time.

The consultation was fantastic, all my questions were answered and he was really thorough (hence the stars - I’d have given five for the lovely consultant!), however it’s still pending approval. I was told once it’s been approved, it’ll be 3-5 days until it’s with me - meaning unfortunately I’ve completely missed this weeks dose and potentially also next weeks if it doesn’t come by Monday.

I’m sure it was advertised as a maximum of five days delivery when I ordered and paid.

If you’re planning on ordering from here, just make sure you’re aware you probably won’t actually get your medication for potentially a couple of weeks, definitely over a week anyway.

Their prices are unbeatable and really fair as you’ll see on the comparison websites, so that’s a huge bonus, it’s just a let down with the timescale.

Update - my medication unfortunately got lost due to a Royal Mail error and NextScript dealt with the issue amazingly rectifying the issue promptly. I have now received it, thank you.

Can’t fault them. Consultation went smoothly - it was simple to organise, and was friendly and straightforward. My order was slightly delayed by the courier but when I wrote Nextscript checked in immediately and gave me updates with reassurance about how long the package would remain stable. I’m near goal and heading towards maintenance so not every provider would take me on, but they understood my journey and there was no issue with my lower bmi. Finally and probably best for me is that their prices are stable (and comparatively low) so I’m not reliant on searching for discounts to afford my medication.

Problem:
I was not informed about having to book a video consultation until after payment.
No consultation available for over a week.
I have been on Mounjaro since May 25, this is causing me to miss this weeks dose for the 1st time in 10 months.
They advertised 5 days delivery.
Had email today, asking for proof of prescription-even though I sent it last week.
So far disappointed.
