I've been using GetWeightLoss for the past 4 months and so far have had a positive experience. I started on the 2.5mg dose and have now progressed to 5mg, and I'm very happy with how everything has gone so far.
The price is good, compared to other companies I looked at. The ordering process is really simple, and the app is useful. I use it to keep track of my jabs, monitor my weight, and my orders.
The initial consultation was straightforward and easy to complete. I did have a concern about whether my video had uploaded correctly, so I contacted customer support. They responded quickly and reassured me that everything was fine which was good.

I will certainly be using another pharmacy in the future, as you suggested. However, I would like to point out that my frustration is not simply about the decision not to supply the medication.

My main concern is the way my issues have been handled. You did not respond to my emails, and nobody was answering the phone. The only time I received a response was after I left a public review. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that I have placed numerous orders with you before and have repeatedly experienced situations where my concerns were ignored or not properly addressed.

Regarding the refund, could you please confirm whether it has actually been processed and arranged already? I have repeatedly explained that the Royal Mail tracking has not updated for a considerable period of time and that the parcel appears to have been lost.

If the parcel has indeed been lost, are you essentially saying that you are not responsible for it and that I, as the customer, have to bear the loss? If so, I would like you to clarify whether this is genuinely your position and whether your policy is that the customer is responsible for a parcel once it has been dispatched, even when it is lost in transit and never reaches the customer.

I would appreciate a clear answer regarding whether my refund has been processed, the date it was processed, and when I can expect the money to reach my account.

I’ve been ordering my Mounjaro for over a year with Get Weight Loss. They are definitely the best value for money I’ve seen among Pharmacy’s. Always prompt delivery and (as everyone knows by now) Mounjaro works fantastically well for weight loss. I’ve lost 3 1/2 stone and thankfully ‘food noise’ a thing of the past.

I've just placed my third order with We Get Weight Loss and I can safely say that I'm very satisfied with the company.

I was a little dubious with the price being cheaper than most but I'm happy with them. The first checks take a little longer than other providers but it's worth doing and I'm glad they take the extra steps to ensure the medicine isn't being abused.

I didn't want to swap and change providers just to get some money off the first order. Get Weight Loss provide a more reasonable price, making it a little easier to afford than other providers. Another bonus is the free shipping!

I've been taking Mounjaro since March and have lost 3 st 3lbs so far. I've now got good eating habits and im walking and have started running which is really helping my weight loss. I'll continue to use this provider until I reach my goal, hopefully in the next 3 months and then slowly reduce my dose.

Very simple ordering process, the order is delivered within 2 days of ordering via royal mail, lots of helpful information available to access, always on hand to speak to if needed, re-ordering is a breeze- no unnecessary photos or videos. The prices are very competitive all the time, no silly discounts then price hikes. Will continue to use.
