I have been using this pharmacy to supply my mounjaro injections since the beginning of March this year. The initial process was thorough but efficient with ID provided and a photo or video of myself on the scales. The second order I still had to upload the same info but as I have ordered regularly since then I have completed the online health questionnaire and declarations for each order and the prescription has been despatched the next day for 24hr delivery every time. Super efficient and also I have not found it cheaper elsewhere, even when offered substantial discounts from other providers. Also, when I have had a couple of questions in the past, I have emailed the support inbox and they have been quickly answered. I would not buy from anywhere else now.

No frills service with a lot of automated information provided. However, everything is well communicated and the medicines are significantly cheaper than other suppliers. Delivery was something mentioned in previous reviews, but I have not had a negative experience. All delivered as required and timely. Communications via the website/app are also easy and they respond pretty quickly.

Excellent service, quick delivery

Excellent service and super easy process to register and order mounjaro, competitive pricing and super fast delivery. Very approachable and professional team, Resh in particular who responded to my questions promptly, very happy with my weight loss journey and the speed of loss, averaging 1lb a week but would rather take it slowly that loose weight dramatically. Very, very happy. Well done team.

Seemless service, cannot fault the service or delivery

Ive been using GWLfor 6 months. I have Mounjaro, and they send the pens out the next day after ordering . I like that I can order what I require easily and have been able to set my own timetable for increasing dosage. When I have reached out for them for (non-medical) advice they have been very helpful have not had to ask for medical advice yet so I can't comment on that. I check other sites for price comparisons, and in most cases GWL is cheapest for most dosages.

I am now on my 3 rd order with Get weight loss and truly it has been so easy and the company has been faultless, I simply can not recommend them enough. On applying for your first order they require all medication you are taking, you have to require proof from a legal document that you are who you say you are and finally a full top to toe video of you stepping on to a set of scales to prove your weight and that’s it, so simple, but best of all they have an app you download and you can put every in there from weight to injection day/time so it’s all in one place . This has been two months and I have lost a stone already slow, steady and I feel amazing ! Oh and not taking in one of offers these are the cheapest I found and I’m so glad I did.

This is definitely the best value weight loss provider I have managed to find. Coupled with excellent customer service and support. The application process was a bit in depth and they asked for up front payment, but they do spend time making sure the treatment is right for you and the payment was very fair. Make sure you read all the information and instructions before you register so you know what you will be asked for. The company is very transparent and I found very trustworthy. I have been with them for over 6 months and would highly recommend them. On the one time I had a problem I asked for a phone call back on the app menus (there is no direct telephone number) and they got back to me within the hour. Delivery is very fast and the app is easy to navigate.

I was having trouble with the app and my phone was blocking their number they emailed me and told me the number they would contact me on. They sorted out why I was having problems with the app and sorted my order. Amazing and friendly service.
