Excellent service and I say this based on using them for 6 months and the best judge of good service is how a company behaves when something goes wrong - there was a tech glitch with the banking Stripe system and GWL reverted to personally messaging me to address this, then went above-and-beyond, actually calling me to check it had arrived.

I have been using GetWeightLoss for mounjaro for a few months now after having had a break from it. I wanted to stick with one supplier long term as I have heart related health issues and find some non GP lead pharmacies are reluctant to prescribe mounjaro and this makes switching each month for the best price a real chore. I hadn't heard of GetWeightLoss before but was initially drawn to them as they were one of the cheapest suppliers across all the doses. They reveiwed my application and agreed with both my GP and cardiology consultant that there wasn't an issue with me taking mounjaro and prescribed me a suitable starting dose. I can't fault the service, delivery is via Royal Mail and very prompt every time, also well packaged in ice and wool insulation. They supply free alcohol wipes and spare needles which wasn't always the case with previous suppliers. GetWeightLoss always email order confirmation along with instructional videos and also offer additional advice and support if required, although I have not needed to use this service. GetWeightLoss may not be as well known as some of the more popular online pharmacutical suppliers but I've had nothing but a 5 star service every time and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
