Avoid at all costs. They are scammers. I placed an order by mistake; the product wasn't in stock anyway. They refunded me, but they took $65. Completely unacceptable. Don't do business with them.

I purchased KW V3 suspension but the advertised price was too low. They asked me to pay for the postage and sold me the kit at cost price. Good communication and postage updates as the kit has an eight to ten week lead time. It arrived early and was securely packaged. My personal experience with NFORCD has been very positive.

Unresponsive, to email and social media which was worrying, but did deliver exactly what was ordered.

Do not use this sight. Waste of time. 2 orders, one came perfectly fine, the other no updates for 2 weeks, ‘ I’ll chase this up for you’ and have eventually had my order refunded 3 and a 1/2 weeks later (still waiting for it to clear)

I ordered rear brake pads from this company, asked them for the shipping times as it wasn’t labelled on the website or at checkout when choosing shipping method.
Got an email back saying that the price displayed is old and that it is less than trade price, they demand the difference between what I paid and their presumed “trade price”, argued against it but they just didn’t send the item out for shipping until I paid for it, currently waiting for the item.
Customer service is pointless as they take their time responding.

I’ve ordered from them twice and both times had a great experience. Prices were competitive, delivery was fast, and customer service was always quick to respond.

The second time, I had a few questions and wanted to add more items to my order — they were super responsive throughout. One bottle was missing when the package arrived, but they sorted it out right away and sent a replacement with no hassle.

Reliable and easy to deal with — I’ll definitely use them again.

Ordered an item that was showing as available on their website. Payment taken immediately.

Emailed a day or so later asking for tracking details.

Received an email a week later telling me "unfortunately the item is not in stock, we expect stock in 2-3 weeks"

I replied requesting a refund.

They refunded me LESS the p&p...

Claim raised with my bank.

DO NOT USE, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PHYSICAL STOCK!

Ordered brake pad off their site said they were in stock. So ordered standard delivery though would be a couple of days. Nothing arrived 4 days later.
Called company and they said they order from manufacturer and don’t hold them in stock. Asked for a refund and they refunded me minus £25 for there costs of shipping from the manufacturer to them.

Would stay well clear of this company

Ordered an item off thier website and recieved a confirmation. Then I recieved an email saying the price had gone up and it came from a 3rd party so I would be requried to pay additional plus additional freight.

When quirred they advised they did not have the time to monitor thier website and ensure the prices were correct. I would have expected that to be part of thier job.

Do not use and horrible support.

I`ve ordered 4 cage nuts only received 1 and then got in contact they said it was a mistake and they will send it since the 5th july now being 11th july. Tried to get in contact again won`t answer I don`t recommend
