If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two curtain panels in a galaxy design for my son's room. They took FOREVER to arrive -- twice the amount of time they said at first. The panel dimensions (54X83) are for both curtain panels, which they DO say below the product description. My fault for not noticing. But when the two 27X83 curtain panels arrived, it's obvious they just reduce the graphic with no eye towards aspect ratio -- so the graphic looks ridiculous, just made skinny enough to fit on the panel. No one would want a curtain that looks like that, which is why, I guess, they don't show it like that on the website. I emailed three days in a row about a return before I got an answer, basically asking me to restate my issue. Did that, then, after another day had passed, they asked for pictures of the curtains I received, which is ridiculous. My guess is they're trying to run out the clock because, according to their website, they only allow returns within 10 days of receiving the product.

My guess is the majority of the glowing reviews you see on this website are left by the company itself. Do not order from this site.

This place is a scam! I bought almost $70 worth of product (3 tapestries) and never received anything. They marked it as delivered but I never got it and when I tried to email them they ignored me.

5 stars. I’m glad I found a cover that fits my odd sofa. The sofa I bought used and it didn’t match color wise. Didn’t want to spend tons of money when it was still in decent use. So I bought a sofa cover. Now I like it very much, it's easy to install. One adult can install it quickly. Use the rollers to insure the fabric is pulled deep and tight.

I am delighted with this product and highly recommend it.

I ordered sets of 2 different patterns. One set was a different design than I ordered. Quality is good, customer service for a problem is terrible. They asked for pics of what I ordered and what I got, which I sent. They asked for them again. After a few more emails asking for the correct pattern, I heard nothing. Never did get the right one.

I'm pleased with the tarot tapestry. It arrived quickly. The detailing on this tarot tapestry is amazing! Got it so it would fill in a space on my wall and it fits just right. I couldn’t be happier with the material and the stitching around it was done right.

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered $300 worth of blackout window curtains. I received a confirmation number which was followed up by them wanting more credit card information even though the purchase payment had already been debited from my account. Back and forth w a Ms. Jasmine in “ support “ telling her that I would not send any further credit card information and I wanted a cancellation of the order and a full refund. Needless to say that went nowhere. Today i received another email from her stating that the order was to be processed and I should be getting and updated delivery notification. Oh and just to add to the problem she sent me a copy of my order two days ago at my request… supposedly I ordered 8 sofa covers. This place is running a scam and I believe I’m out $300 . Stay away

If I could give negative stars I would. I paid $90 for a Miku Hatsune duvet and received a SHEET with a blurry image on it. The fabric quality is also terrible. I've been emailing customer support and they have been giving me the hardest of times. Finally I sent them photos of my item and they told me it's exactly as it is in the advertisement!!! It is nothing like the ad and they refuse to give me even a partial refund. This company is a scam and should be reported to the BBB. DO NOT BUY!

I mostly looked at the picture and title and didn't read the fine print of my "door mat". The photo made it look like it was printed on cork and was advertised as a door mat. After purchasing it for $30, what I got in the mail was a flimsy, thin, velour mat. It's such cheap quality that I wouldn't even use it as a bath mat. They refuse to do returns because they just drop ship and do 0 quality control on their products. Absolutely do not recommend, not worth the cost at all.

I was a bit leery after reading comments but I have to say I love my curtains! They are exactly like what was pictured and are made from a heavier material which blocks out the sun on my patio sliders during our hot Florida summers. I would definitely recommend Nhala to friends and expect I will be doing more ordering in the future.

I wish I woul have read these reviews before ordering from Nhala Home!! As soon as I placed a order, immediately something told me this was a mistake as the immediately charged my cc, $81..I hadn't even received a confirmation till I emailed them. Once I received the"conferter"duvet it was like 2 sheets sewn together with a zipper NOTHING like what they show in their web site. I immediately told them the difference sent pictures as they requested & plainly told them. I was just unhappy 😡 with it, & wanted to return it simple, now I checked their Colorado address,as it indicates on their web site Fulfillment center -11747 Keough, North glenn
CO 80233 & it came up as a "House " address!!! Icing on the cake they tell me since nothing it wrong with my product after looking & judging by photos
they will not refund me , will not accept my return!!BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, BAD BUSINESS practices!!! Ripoff company.

Don't walk, RUN from doing business with this company. They do not allow ANY returns, so if you are not 100 percent sure you are going to be happy with an item before you order it online, don't buy it. Their "support" staff is a joke. They lie and give misinformation and waste time dragging their feet to prevent a return. Read all the fine print and know that even the fine print is misleading. Again, run from this company!
I purchased a shower curtain that made my bathroom look way too dark, so I reached out to return it. Their rules of purchase require that you contact their "support staff" before returning anything. Although their return policy states that if the product is not defective or damaged, the customer must pay return shipping costs, the support team fought me tooth and nail on the return. The emails back and forth between me and the support staff took days. (They have a policy that you must make returns within 10 days of receipt). I finally found an address myself to return the item, paid the postage, and mailed the item back. Now they are saying they won't refund my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

I wish I could give negative stars. This company is awful!!! Do not purchase anything from them. Took forever to ship, literally weeks! The product quality was awful and was not the same as shown in photos. Asked to return the item and they refused. They offered a 5% credit, lol. Then tried to tell us we took to long to send photos of the super poor quality product. Buyer beware. This company is a total scam!!!

This is a very bad company.
It's a scam do not order from them. I ordered 300.00 worth of curtains like a dummy .they were worth 20.00 . I tried to get a refund before they shipped, they would not give me a refund or return on my curtains. They were generic. They were not what I ordered. Different look from the website. Different color from the website.

Def a scam; I got my mom a funny doormat for Mom’s Day and they never sent me a tracking # for my package (HUGE RED FLAG) but had an “order number” for it to make it look legit. Now I have to wait another week to get the gift from another website for my mom AND MOTHER’S DAY IS TODAY. Instead of scamming, can you guys, like, get a real job? Lol.

Complete scam do not buy after not getting a response from customer service contacted them on FB messenger and after asking them for a refund and verifying my order they blocked me. Have to dispute the charges to my bank now don't fall victim completely a scam website.

Another scam site stealing images from legitimate web sites and selling products they have no access to.
The right click on images and take them without permissions.
